Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort

If you are planning a trip to Krabi I highly recommend this resort. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere makes it the perfect place for anyone looking to truly relax and unwind. The hospitality and service provided by the staff are simply second to none. I would like to extend my special thanks to these outstanding team members: 1. Sea – Front Office Manager 2. Tom – Duty Manager 3. Toy – Front Desk 4. The Housekeeping Team who took care of Room 315 Each of them demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication and attention to detail. More importantly they were genuinely warm, friendly and kind throughout my stay. Thank you for making my birthday trip this year so memorable and special. If I may offer one suggestion to the General Manager ,Hotel Manager and FB Manager it would be regarding the breakfast. During our 4-day, 3-night stay the breakfast menu remained almost exactly the same every day. My partner and I felt that the lack of variety became repetitive after the first couple of mornings and I believe many other guests may share the same impression. Introducing a greater selection or rotating some dishes daily would make the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Once again, thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

We had a half-day wellness and spa experience here, and it was honestly one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. The massage was outstanding, the facilities were beautiful, and from the moment we arrived we felt completely relaxed. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Azeeza, Na and the whole spa team. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Every detail was taken care of with so much care and professionalism. My wife was celebrating her birthday, and they truly made her feel special. She was completely spoiled, which made the day even more memorable. If you’re in Krabi, don’t hesitate—book this place. It is absolutely worth it and an experience you won’t forget. Highly recommended!

Arrived at hotel to discover half of hotel is closed and under renovation. No advanced warning from hotel or agent and hotel are saying they are no obligation to tell guests- despite now putting details of closure on website The hotel opened in 2007 and clearly little has been done to the hotel since. Rooms are tired and rundown as are many areas of the hotel including its very large swimming pool area. It is literally a joke to suggest the hotel is a 5 star hotel- I was told I should come back once the hotel has been upgraded You should avoid this hotel. They have a small golf course which again has seen better days and is very unkempt like the hotel. Very disappointed in Sofitel brand and will never book with them again. If you are coming here you might want to reconsider

Overall good experience , cleanliness is good , breakfast was made better with chef ankit , Mahabzi , deena , and som nai . Kidos . Good service
