Excellent resort Wonderful family room with bunk bed for the kids Great pool and kids club Very very good on site restaurants , especially White Lotus, led by chef Jay & Mahabir and their team Then service team of Sao/Lita/May/Som was exceptional throughout

We recently celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary at this resort. Spending a full week here was the best thing we could do after a hectic season back home. The guest services here were outstanding from check-in to check-out. Upon check-in we were greeted by "Bright" a cheerful receptionist and guest relations officer who ushered us to the private lounge for a relaxed check-in. At the lounge, Deena was meticulous and warm as she explained the procedure and club privileges. Others who were outstanding included "Troy" the Club manager and "Focus" from the Explorer bar. However the stars of the resort were certainly the tireless and hardworking Activity team led by Khun Tawee. His team, comprising Weena, Varis, Yip, Mee and Paul took turns to coach us in Thai Language lessons, padle Tennis, Thai boxing and Aqua Aerobics. Trivia quizzes were organised, Padle Tennis tournaments organised roping in even Paul (golf coach) to play. Weena also took us on a nature hike one of the afternoons. Even rainy days had back-up programs and we benefitted from a Thai cooking class at the White Lotus restaurant. The programs were so enjoyable that we felt no need to leave the resort the entire duration we were here. The leadership team led by John, Christian and Kim were equally warm and hospitable. It was heartwarming that they assisted us with an appreciation tea for the above staff who made our anniversary celebration such a memorable one!

I visit Sofitel Krabi every year; and today am completing my 10-day stay here for 2026. It truly is a slice of heaven on earth. The rooms, the landscaping, the facilities, the pool, the gym, the F&B are simply world class. But the best thing about this property are the staff working here. Many of them I see every year when I come back. Tamee at the gym, Meen at the bar, the talented musicians Alan and Casey, also Beam, Jinny, Ing and Palmy at the restaurant; they are all so courteous cheerful and hospitable 💕🙏🙏. A special mention for Thalia with whom I had a wonderful conversation on culture and Buddhism; and she hand made such a thoughtful gift with Buddhist sayings!! Really kind of her. The housekeeping staff, the pool boys, the gardeners working tirelessly to keep the resort in wonderful shape. Big thanks to all of them too 🙏. It’s nice to see Sofitel management taking good care of their people. It shows 💕🙏 Till my return next year, a bientot 😊💕🙏🙏

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic four-day stay at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort! A very special thank you to Bright and her wonderful team for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly, warm, andy attentive — from the reception team and the bell staff, to everyone by the pool, at breakfast, and the housekeeping team. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone always greeted us with a smile. The service, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are leaving very happy with so many wonderful memories. Thank you, Bright and the entire Sofitel Krabi team, for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back!
