Hotel is nice & clean, food is… an experience 😂 The animation team are great, Pedro is a top boy and world class Dj! The pool & waterpark area are brilliant, our kids loved it. All in all, a great place for a holiday, would definitely recommend!

Pedro, Paulita, Rim & Rio are an absolutely brilliant team who made our holiday truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made such a difference to our experience, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They are a real credit to the resort and helped create so many special memories for us. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful — stunning surroundings, immaculate facilities, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure everything was perfect. The service across the entire resort was exceptional and really exceeded our expectations. We honestly could not have asked for a better holiday. Everything from the accommodation and hospitality to the atmosphere and attention to detail was outstanding. Leaving was genuinely difficult because we felt so happy and well looked after during our time there. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly special and relaxing getaway.
