Abou Sofiane Hotel

Not for british anymore we went there 15 years before and enjoyed. But now all changed food probably good if you could get any not English way loading plates one couple had 10 deserts 6 bread loafs. All left and binned .if you wanted any lunch outside 40min que for a piece of pizza, there clientele may not drink alcohol but act like they've never seen food.Entertainment did not cater for English. Ate out just to get a clean table.

The animation team were fantastic! 100% effort everyday. So caring and lovely to all family and especially the children! My daughter loved the hotel and the team! Thankyou so so much! See you next year!

Review from an easily pleased person.. don’t be fooled by the advertised and photos! The entertainment are the ONLY 100% positivity that hold this hotel together. Lovely ‘picture looking’ hotel, lovely animation team and young man at bar - very helpful & chatty, beach was beautiful, could be picky and mention it does need a clean but staff seem understaffed & over run at this place. Hotel room - big enough, we had a family room 2 adults 3 boys. Bed • very uncomfortable me and my partner alternated sides per night. They did bring our baby a cot, but I wouldn’t have even slept in it - was sticky, food over, stained mattress - disgusting. Cockroaches in our bathroom and toilet every morning, our flush wouldn’t work on loo either. Beware there’s not much privacy in the bathroom as there’s a length long window with a mid length privacy screen between the bedroom and shower room.. if you’re in the shower whoever you’re sharing your room with will see you! Very strange.. Pool was lovely, but please beware so so slippery nere the baby pool, many children slipped here daily.. no pool guard visible to help other than the man sat on a chair all day on his phone. ‘Waterpark pool’ was what sold the holiday to us, BUT it’s open for 1 or 2 hours a day only.. if there is staff that can be bothered to guard it… some days it wasn’t even on and the hotel manager would turn it on for 30 mins and that was it. Hotel manager is bloody rude too.. just wants to light his cigarette & walk around ignoring all the problems. Food… well.. I don’t know what to say if you’re English and expecting a good bit of English food, unless you’re a vegetarian or okay to live on reheated chicken nuggets, pancakes.. that’s what we did. Luckily enough it was only 7 nights.. first holiday I couldn’t wait to get home!! No icecream. No snacks, apart from pancakes at 4pm or sometimes at breakfast. Pizza at 3pm but Que early. Oh and by the way, make sure you keep your glasses wash them yourself as no one seems to know how to wash up properly, it’s grim. Take your own cutlery and plates if I were you too.. theyre like gold dust, hard to get in the food hall and when you do.. make sure you wipe them clean. The amount of men I saw collecting there food, eating the food of the cutlery then putting it back in the dish was dirty too!! It’s like animals at a zoo at dinner time.. if you’re going to chance this hotel and realise how disgusting meal times are, go to ‘BIG BOSS’ restaurant just by Hannibal park cost us £15 for 4 chicken wraps 4 chips and 4 drinks. Absolutely banging food! Familys.. Hannibal park about a 20 minute walk is great, but we went about 4pm whilst it was still light and quiet. Cost us £42 for a card with 120 tokens. Happy holidays.. spend an extra few hundred on a different hotel.. believe me.

We were here for 2 weeks begging of wasn't what we expected but it turn down with very good time . First of all I need to mention Animation team they made as feel like part of family even we notice shorter staff the time were doing they best special thank you for Sendy Massimo Pikachu and Alex ! You can definitely say they are running this hotel and made all guests feel great ! Restaurant was mostly busy but everyone how works there were doing best what can do If u from Europe u will find always something to eat . Bar inside and outside were nice people specially young guy on the bar beside pool thank u for your special drinks! On my birthday all team from bar restaurant and Animation team makes me feel so special that day and I'm very grateful! In general we spend 2 lovely weeks in this hotel and we can fully recommend. Very good hotel entertaining staff and welcoming food was good nice beach places to visit aswell rooms were alright entertainment was good aswell
