Clean hotel, no air con in rooms till June. (didn't see this advertised) no table tennis.. Not much for teenagers to do in the evening. Waterpark and slides are fun. Evening entertainment boring and loud. Daytime quite good fun.

Overall its good.Credit goes to entertainment and animation team. Check in and check out was smooth. Cleaning is happening all the time which was good but still i saw cockroches in bathroom. Bed metress are not as comfortable as it supposed to be. 10 days in hotel on 2nd floor no lift is working.old people and families with pram struggling.its really difficult. Food is good but everyday almost same.we were there end of may so more and more people are coming and manager unable to manage or accommodate in restaurant.when its getting busy definitely difficult or total disaster.

overall its good.Credit goes to entertainment team.Entertainment and animation team is extremely good and energetic.Thats best thing in hotel without doubt. check in check out were smooth but when staff took our luggage to lift thats not working and bad thing is management never fix it in ten days old people parents with prams and all others just strugling. hotel is quite old.bit of overpriced.so not recommended. furniture beds mattresses all are just about ok.its not comfortable. Staff tried to clean the hotel very well.but still in room cockroches and other insects presence uncomfortable.

On arrival we were shown to our rooms, the conceige showed us the bathroom., minibar etc. The room was hot we asked about air-conditioning got told not working. The room had a long glass panel between the bathroom and bedroom. The minibar was a unplugged fridge. The conceige did come back later with a bottle of water. The next morning we went to reception to find out why no air-conditioning, got told government doesn't allow air-conditioning until mid-June (other hotels put their air-conditioning on once it got hot) We requested a change of room or fans. We changed rooms, the rooms were absolutely brilliant blight, cool and overlooked the garden. We needed to change the safe, this took another 2 days. Be prepared to get told either tomorrow or come back later A lot of the staff a very friendly and nothing is an issue, there is one barman that appears lazy. Food lovely, Rooms very clean. Entertainment, Bingo Karaoke, quiz night, Tunisian night. The airport would not exchange our leftover currency due to the reception not being filled in, I have heard since you can't change back dinars to sterling. When you get to the airport before you go through security and passport control spend any currency you have left. You can only use cards once you get into departure lounge. Whilst waiting for the transfer to airport we were asked to add review they helped my friend write her review. 😞
