Well first the location was alright but not the best since far from everything the atmosphere was just not that feeling you get when your on holiday the rooms were alright but there were massive cracks and holes in the walls and also the Muslim people there are ridiculous they push in line,shove you and don’t even care some even send their children to go push in like one of them was standing purposely 3cm away from my son I’m not joking

We just arrived from europe and we were shoked as nothing is as nice as is published on their pages. The hotel is old and modest witch would not be such a problem, but is dirty in all the common areas. The furniture is very dirty and in the lobby people put their feets on tables."you can barely see trough the windows" because of the dirt. The restaurant is very crowded at any hour,the food is almost the same every day and you have to wait at list 15 minutes in every cue and you barely find tables, witch are dirty anyway. All the drinks are warm.The private beach is also dirty with cigarettes and plastics in the sand and most of the sunbeds are broken. We payed for a superior room for 3 but is very crowded like a standard one, the towels are grey instead of white, we had a missing pillow and despite we said at the reception, we had to find the cleaning lady the next day to get one. With few exceptions the stuff is nice though.

Avoid at all costs!! Worst hotel we have ever experienced. Barely any food that you can eat, locals push in front of you all the time. You qué for ages to even get food or drinks. Far to overcrowded. Rooms are disgusting, this hotel is not what it is advertised to be. Most sun loungers are broken, if your lucky enough to even get one that is.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The restaurant was also extremely hot and had an unpleasant smell. On top of that, the room was very dirty and did not feel properly cleaned. Overall, the conditions were far below what I expected from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.
