For early spring break relaxation you can not fault this hotel

When you arrive at this hotel, and Kais takes your luggage to your room, you are home. Turn to the left and head to reception, there under the management of Hichem and Mohammed and the staff, they will guide you through the very easy check in procedure, you can exchange currency, pay your tourist tax, and pay the refundable deposit on your pool towels. All the staff here are excellent and will help you with all their knowledge to ensure you have a happy and relaxing holiday. The rooms are all perfect, sea view gets the most spectacular sun rises whereas the rooms facing the front have the evening sun and sunsets too. The rooms are very comfortable, huge beds, and are well equipped for your stay including a fridge for your bottled water to keep it well chilled, but also handy for anyone bringing medication which they have to store chilled. We always take a multi socket plug which allows us to charge up more then one electronic overnight, in either of the two plugs. Our fabulous room server Afaf made sure our rooms were spotless every day and her room art was most appreciated. The lobby bar is where you will find Abdul in the morning for your tea/coffee and soft drinks, Mohamed and Saf take over in the afternoons and make sure you want for nothing, Hassan is the evening waiter and I swear that guy has wheelies on his shoes as he is so quick in bringing your order and never forgets your drink. The restaurant is under the expert guide of Amer who along with Habil and all the excellent staff will make sure you have excellent meal service and your drinks glasses are always topped up. All the chefs too will help with any allergies or food you are unfamiliar with, just ask. Nabil in the morning makes the most perfect omelettes and fried eggs . Never had a bad meal ever in the restaurant. In the warmer months there is a lovely outdoor terrace to have your food outside whilst watching the sea and the little fishing boats. One unique point of this hotel is the a la carte which you can visit more than once and the exceptional Chedley will ensure you have a most memorable experience in beautiful surroundings. The pool area is gorgeous and Akram will help you find a lounger and mattress especially in the busier months. Around the pool you will always find Jamel, the animation maestro, who organises water-aerobics, darts, pool & table tennis along with cookery classes, wine-tasting plus much more. Sunbeds available too on the beach where Mario will help you also. Kamel can be found in the beach bar for soft drinks, anything stronger is available at the pool bar . Sabeur keeps the gardens looking beautiful and we love talking to him about all the plants. The pub downstairs is open in the evenings and Ali can be found there where service with a smile is always the case. Here there is Bingo, Karaoke and quiz nights , and for all you sporty people there is a large screen for football etc. Just across the way from the pub is the shisha bar for the most amazing coffee and mint tea for after dinner served by Mohammed. The staff at the hotel make this hotel. Nothing is done half heartedly from the concierge to the chaps who assist raising the umbrellas. We were made to feel special upon arrival until our departure. The only downside unfortunately is the evening entertainment in the lobby bar. To say it was dire is an understatement the guests either went to their rooms early or went to the pub downstairs. We were watching bbc news rather than spend time in The lobby bar having said that the pianist who plays for the early part was very good and very professional . The food is brilliant, we tried and enjoyed different foods which were all excellent. The International and Tunisian restaurants were lovely, each course was well presented and flavoursome

We spent a week here in April. Its everything people have said, relaxing, excellent service from the staff, very clean and a chilled atmosphere. Staff can't do enough for you, the standard of cleanliness in the rooms and round and about the hotel are excellent. Food is good, always plenty of choice, although I would think if you stayed 2 weeks it would become a bit repetitive. But on the whole we had a fabulous, relaxing week. Would we go again? Yes, definitely one to consider for an adults only, quick getaway at the right price. One thing to beware of, and this is absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, is going out for a walk to Hammamet and being accosted by a man who says he works in the dining room and will give you a lift to the medina. He spoke to us and many others, some of which took him up on the offer and ended up in his sisters shop practically buying anything just to escape! He definitely does not work at the hotel!

Just returned from a week long trip to this hotel. It’s been such a relaxing holiday. The staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you, they absolutely make this hotel special. Rooms are comfortable and clean, food was fresh and plentiful. The outside areas are kept well maintained and both pools are lovely - the outside one was very fresh which was welcomed on the hotter days! We joined in the karaoke in the pub bar which was so much fun. Bingo and quiz night also fun - especially winning a cute camel (toy). The value for money is exceptional. The location doesn’t have much outside of it but a short taxi ride gets you to Hammamet town or Yasmine Hammamet- which looked much livelier at night. We were looking for a relaxing, low key holiday and that’s exactly what we got. Would recommend the hotel for those looking for the same.
