Aziza Beach

My mum and I had a great time in the hotel Aziza. It's a small and rather quiet hotel (especially due to low season - we were there in March), so it's ideal for people who want to relax. Especially the incredibly nice staff made it an unforgettable holiday! Amazing service, everyone tried to accommodate us with a smile. Lovely garden/pool/beach area, clean rooms with nice sea view (more electricity plugs would be helpful). A big thanks to Jamel: We really enjoyed the daily aquagym, it was a very good workout. The bingo/quiz night was also a lot of fun. We can also recommend the spa. We would come back

This was my third visit to this Hotel and won't be my last. All the staff are great and will do anything for you. Nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel is kept spotlessly clean by excellent housekeeping staff. My room was great - very quiet at night - didn't hear a sound. The food is of a good quality and variety - there is always something to eat even for the fussiest of eaters. The pool is great and kept spotlessly clean. I can't wait until May 2027 when I will be returning.

Just returned from a delightful two weeks holiday in this lovely hotel in Hammamet. The whole atmosphere suited us as it was calm, peaceful (apart from a couple of uncouth guests we overlapped with for the first few days!) and extremely relaxing - just what we were looking for! Our room was huge with a separate lounge area and extra seating. A large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower over. There was a separate toilet which is always welcome. The daily maid service was excellent and the whole room was spotless. We loved the food selection available in the main buffet restaurant...breakfast being my favourite...so much choice! The fresh peaches were delicious. All the staff in the restaurant work extremely hard to provide you with the best experience they can and go over and above to help with any food queries or dietary requirements. We also dined in the a la carte international restaurant where it was a nice change to have silver service. The four course set menu was delicious and the service from Chedley was first class. The bar staff are all delightful... we had a nice rapport and always enjoyed the drinks selection. The rose wine is my preferred wine ...and the G&Ts are generous. Every member of staff we met were polite , helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Great help from Reception when we wished to venture out. The daily entertainment was just right .... plenty of activities if you chose to join in but no pressure if you didn't want to. There are evening events too if you choose ....quiz, bingo, karaoke ....or you can sit in the lounge for various musical artises each evening. We particularly enjoyed Fizal on Wednesdays and Fridays. There is a large outdoor terrace too where you can sit and watch the stars ....waiter service is great from the bar team. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will be returning. TIP: If you want brightlights, nightclubs and bars this is not the place for you

We have spent 2 fabulous weeks at the Aziza , the staff in all areas of the hotel are just so welcoming and can't do enough for you, out room was spacious and very clean with the most wonderful views, the food was good with lots of choice I am a fussy eater but I always ate well , I would also recommend you eat at the al a carte restaurant as the food is so superb and our waiter chedly is so good at his job his table etiquette and attention to detail is wonderful the hotel should be very proud to have such a fantastic waiter, and the barbecue also has lovely food during the day , the animation tean were very hard working and always had time to go around and speak to everyone, the entertainment is low key but very good , the pool and beach area is my favourite with lots of sunbeds . The Aziza has to be one of the most relaxing layed back hotel and I have enjoyed every minute of my holiday and can't wait to go back.the Aziza hugs you from the minute you walk in until you leave and has a ever lasting impression , shukran very much 🥰

On arrival Hotel staff were welcoming & polite the hotel itself was clean but tired. Room that was allocated was clean and tired but the plug sockets was not very good especially if you have a cpap machine or any other electrical device that you may require at side of your bed. The concierge staff were polite, welcoming and humorous. The restaurant choice was basic and repetitive. The al-carte restaurant food was better. Evening entertainment was not the best but yet bar staff good. On reflection this hotel is a 3.5 star and before gaining its 4th star requires some little touches, cleaner pool area with pool bar waiters, rooms refurbishing and bed side sockets, buffet restaurant food more taste and better choices i.e even lunch time choices for sandwiches or wraps. Both lunch & dinner choices was too similar.
