Aziza Beach

Both me and my partner went on holiday to this hotel, It was a relaxing atmosphere, the Spa was brilliant, the staff were brilliant, the care taken for people to enjoy their massage was overwhelming, it was so relaxing and laid back, we booked 4 hours over 2 days, we would definitely go back, the hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly, they could not do enough for guests, our room over looked the pools and ocean and the stunning views, we didn't want to come back home.

Hotel experience exceeded our expectations. Staff are the epitome of good Customer Service. Choice of excellent food and dining experiences. Room spacious, quiet and comfortable. Choice of Indoor or Outdoor Pool, both of which were heated. Hotel has its own private beach, which qas clean and uncrowded. Cliental was varied. Plenty of French and Canadians. Only witnessed isolated pockets of antisocial behaviour - which of course was by the British. Reported to management who dealt with it swiftly.

Visited Aziza several times in the past 25 years and it is still a very quiet, relaxing place with great services and a lovely beach. The best aspects are that it is adult only hotel and that the food (even through not the gourmet level) is very safe, and there are no problems with tummy bugs. The Tunisian restaurant is lovely… Why not the best marks? Two issues we accounted. First, the room towels were not replaced on 2 consecutive days, just removed. It is a bit of problem when you cannot dry yourself on lunch break.It had been resolved by the great man Hisham at reception. He wasn’t so successful with the second problem regarding the pop-up plugs in the bathroom, which didn’t work. Yes, you can remove the plug to run water down, but the big gaping hole takes everything you accidentally drop to the basin (earrings, pins,rings, toothbrush heads, etc.) We were told they have technician in the hotel to make repair, but nothing happened. I used investigation on my own to solve the problem propping plugs just a little (see photos). The place is a bit run down and need new bathroom plugs, more electrical plugs and new room towels. We were impressed with very good Wifi working perfectly in all hotel places including pool and beach. Otherwise, the spacious rooms are very clean, hotel staff very friendly (tips help). Mourad looked after us every day on the beach and also Khemaies in the restaurant.

Another great stay at Aziza, came home fully relaxed and recharged, this was our 5th visit and certainly won't be the last ! The staff and service are amazing .

A very welcoming and friendly experience from start to finish. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm and were immediately greeted with smiles and a welcoming drink. Check-in was quick and easy, and then we met Mohammed, who greeted us warmly, asked our names and what we would like to drink — and from that moment, a friendship was formed. The restaurant manager, AMEUR TRABELSI, and all of his staff were absolutely amazing. My two daughters are coeliac (gluten free), and every single day they went above and beyond by making fresh bread rolls especially for them. They even made fresh gluten-free pizzas whenever the girls asked. The selection of food available for everyone was vast, fresh, and delicious. What really made this hotel special was the staff. From the doorman to the cleaners, every single person greeted you with a smile and a hello in numerous languages, making you feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout your stay. So many of the holidaymakers we spoke to had returned numerous times, and I can honestly see why. The atmosphere, service, and kindness of the staff make this place somewhere truly special. Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable — we will definitely return.
