Aziza Beach

My husband and I spent 10 nights here in July. I can see why people come back time and time again. There is enough going on at the hotel so you have entertainment whilst still being a peaceful place to stay. The pool is divine, the food good, the beach on site and the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned daily and the every day we came back to the room anticipating what shape our towels would be made to look like. It was the highlight of our holiday! We are actually coming again for a week in September! Thank you to you all.

Located on the beach.45 minute walk to Hammamet and the madina,or a short taxi ride costing 8 or 9 dinar. It has a laid back feel, but plenty of activities especiall around the pool.A special thanks to Jameel. Cookery classes exercise and pool aerobics and an evening wine tasting in the pub, where bingo,quzes and kareoke can be had.Plenty of choice of food and the friendliest staff, every part of the hotel. The rooms are spacious well lmaintained,daily housekeeping. Most balconies have a reasonable view. The management staff are most accommodating to any reasonable request.The lobby bar has the most wonderful barmen, who remember your drink preference. Evening entertainment is low key live music and local traditinal,dancing and music. Exceptioal value. Rooms quiet.

The surrounding area of the hotel isn't great; very run down and the roads are always busy. However, we arrived at 11.30pm and the shops were still open at that time! Arrival at the hotel was lovely, air con was 10/10 and we were met at the door where staff took our case and sat us down with a fresh lemon juice and they came to us with the check in papers etc. Our cases were then taken up to our room and we had been left a plate of food each and a bottle of water in the fridge. Whole atmosphere was calm and inviting. Standard double room was spacious with toilet separate from bathroom. Plenty toilet rolls, towels and water provided when room is cleaned. Lovely private balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Lots of wardrobe space and a safe provided. Clean, comfortable beds and a kettle with teabags. The hotel has 2 lifts and ramps for accessibility, a buffet restaurant which was always lovely and plenty of choice. A la carte is included in all inclusive and I would absolutely recommend. The hotel bar is open from breakfast until midnight, the pool bar is open 10 until 5pm. Pool area is always kept clean, staff always there to collect glasses and help put parasols up because they are rather heavy. We usually went out after breakfast so about 8.30am and there were always sun beds available. The pool is amazing, huge and clean! Floats are allowed and they will give you a pool noodle to use if you ask. There is a little pathway that leads you onto their private beach and bar, this is included in all inclusive. There is also a reasonably sized indoor pool. A huge shout out to the staff who went above and beyond to make our holiday the best we've had! Your glass is never empty, no long bar queues as they bring them to you, everyone says hello and makes you feel welcome. Its not hard to want to give these lovely people a tip now and again. Things I wasn't too keen on: The showers in the indoor pool area need a good clean and if youre in there too long the lights go out. Only 2 plug sockets in the room nowhere near the bed and one was under a table and they sparked every now and again! Bath takes ages to drain when youre showering. Food wasn't always lebelled correctly so some vegetarian food did have pieces of meat in for example. Drinks glasses are too small on all inclusive but I suppose that was made up by the constant refills! That being said, our whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable and the atmosphere itself was totally chill which was just what we needed and we will be returning!

Where should I start. This is nowhere near a 4star hotel and really should be rated 2/3 star. The hotel is very dated. The meals are shocking unless you just like eating tagine cooked type of food and not really catered for the international customer. The water pressure in your room or ours at least was non existent and my pee had more pressure,so having a shower in the outdated bath/shower took forever. I am so glad we only stayed for four days as anything more than that would of been unbearable and I would of left looking like a skeleton from the lack of choice of food Only thing going for it was the staff wear very nice

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean and modern and the facilities are excellent. The beach front location was perfect although we didn't leave the pool area very much as it is so nice. It's a pretty quiet hotel which suited myself and my daughter perfectly but there was regular nightly entertainment. The staff were all amazing and really made the stay a great experience. We had a spa day which was excellent value for money - around £80 per person for half a day including various treatments and use of the salt water pool at the end. I'd 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.
