The animation staff were lively and always took part in activities to keep visitors active and to make sure their stay was perfect.

Animation team have been exceptional their energy their enthusiasm and you can tell they love their jobs especially Saif and Enzo

I like all things here spécialy the animation team with them activities and them show night hope to come back again to this place next year

Booked through Thomas Cook I would not rate this hotel 4☆ I would say a no frills hotel. I requested 2 maintenance issues to be done at reception on 1st day and 6days later it wasnt done. I attached a hair band to shower so I could shower without have to stand and hold the shower head, the other thing was no tv aerial so I couldn't put tv on the mask the noise of the nighttime entertainment. My room was over looking the carpark which was fine but you could hear entertainment at night clearly which wasn't for me. Nearest cash point was over road in monastir airport. Room had ants and cocroaches, stained toilet seat. If it wasn't for the lovely housekeeping maid and a few of the barstaff being nice and helpful i would have felt stuck at the hotel as the location on T/C website was incorrect it says hotel was in main monastir which is why I booked it but thanks to the few lovely staff I found out the train stop was a few minutes outside the hotel along front of airport so I got out for a few days. The food is good but lots of repeat rice potatoes stewed meat and stick bread. I know Tunisia food is flavours and freshness which you don't get at the hotel food, however the staff do some lovely table decorations.
