Hotel was dirty food was rubbish rooms were horrible and filthy all activities were shut only good this about the place was the staff would never return

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic holiday and wonderful staff! We had a really enjoyable stay and wanted to give a special mention to Hayder from Guest Relations. His customer service was fantastic, his communication in English was excellent, and he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. He really made a difference to our experience. The food was really good, with plenty to enjoy, and we also loved the beautiful beach. The lifeguards were excellent and made us feel very comfortable. The water sports were fantastic too — my son especially loved going on the banana boat! 🏖️🍌 The pool area was lovely, and the cleaners were fantastic. The animation team were absolutely brilliant and worked so hard to keep everyone entertained. The bar staff were also really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Overall, there were so many positives to our stay, and the majority of the staff really couldn’t do enough for us. We did have a few mixed experiences with reception, but this didn’t take away from the fantastic service we received from everyone else. We would definitely recommend this hotel and, because of the wonderful experience we had, we would happily visit again. A big thank you to Hayder the customer relations & the animation team, cleaners, bar staff, lifeguards and everyone else who helped make our holiday so enjoyable. ❤️🌴 Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The hotel is perfect. Food is good. Perfect for family and children. See is very close to hotel and the water in the pools is very clean. I would recommend it to everybody with family and little children

I had a very wonderful holiday in this hostel and enjoyed every moment in it. The atmosphere was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful I would especially like to thank the revitalisation team; they were wonderful, smiling, and energetic all the time, and presented a lot of activities and events that made the holiday more fun and lively Thanks to all the inn team for this beautiful experience. It was definitely a special holiday, and I hope to come back again in the future

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The hotel was clean, the food was delicious and there was a great atmosphere throughout our stay. The location was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the pool and the overall resort area. Everything was well organized, and the staff always did their best to make our stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
