**Share details of your own experience** I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Concorde Marco Polo. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was simply perfect. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always smiling. The hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect, and I genuinely enjoyed every single day of my holiday. **Rooms** I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 AM, fully expecting to wait until the afternoon to check in. To my surprise, I was given my room immediately. Within no time, I had checked in, enjoyed breakfast, and was already relaxing on the beach. The room was spacious, spotless, very quiet, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. **Nearby activities** The location is excellent. About 500 meters from the hotel, the tourist area begins. There are countless shops, cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlors, markets, shopping centers, and many other hotels. The beautiful Marina Yasmine is also within walking distance. Every evening I enjoyed strolling outside, shopping, and simply soaking up the atmosphere. **Safety** One of the things that impressed me the most was how safe everything felt. You can leave your belongings by your sunbed without constantly worrying about them. Nobody even looks at your things, let alone touches them. I felt completely safe both inside the hotel and while walking around outside in the evenings. The tourist police are always present around the area, which adds even more peace of mind. **Walkability** Perfect. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. I went for long evening walks every day, visiting shops, cafés, and the marina. It's a wonderful area to explore on foot. **Food & drinks** Absolutely delicious. Every meal offered a huge variety of freshly prepared dishes, with many items cooked right in front of you. There was always fresh fruit, several choices of meat, seafood, local Tunisian specialties, and international cuisine. And the desserts... simply incredible! They were among the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. **Beach** The beach is absolutely stunning—very wide, very long, and incredibly well organized. There are more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone; honestly, it feels like there are enough for two hotels! The lifeguards are always attentive and actively watching the sea, and the tourist police regularly patrol the beach, making it feel exceptionally safe. The only thing I noticed was the occasional camel droppings on the sand because camel rides are offered nearby. Personally, I didn't see this as a negative. It's simply part of the local experience, and considering how beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained the beach is overall, it didn't affect my holiday at all. **Noteworthy details** If I had one small suggestion, it would be regarding the evening entertainment. The animation team worked hard, but most of the evening shows took place inside the hotel's nightclub. Personally, I prefer outdoor-themed evenings with large stages, such as Arabian Nights or traditional Tunisian folklore shows. During my stay, there was only one Tunisian Night, and it was absolutely beautiful, with traditional music and dances. I would have loved to see more evenings celebrating the local culture, especially since you're visiting such a fascinating country. It's certainly not a negative—just something that could make an already excellent hotel even better. Overall, I would return to Concorde Marco Polo without hesitation. It offers outstanding service, comfortable rooms, fantastic food, a beautiful beach, an excellent location, and one of the safest environments I've experienced while traveling. Highly recommended!

We were two couples staying here in July. The pool is very nice, and there are daily entertainment activities for those who enjoy them. The pool staff will reserve sunbeds for you if you leave them a tip. If you don't tip them, they may remove your belongings and take them to the reception. We even had personal items disappear, and not everything was returned. 😂 The pool bar staff also tend to ignore you if you don't leave tips. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I have posted two photos of the huge, disgusting cockroaches we found. By the way, they seem to have an issue with Romanian guests. We spoke with more than five Romanian families, and everyone noticed the same thing: Romanians were given older, dirtier, and lower-quality rooms. Lunch and dinner offered a decent variety of food and were quite tasty. However, there were very long queues because the staff simply couldn't keep up with the number of guests. You often had to wait a long time just to get your food. Also, if you're not careful, you may end up with stomach problems. The worst part of our stay happened one night. From 11:00 PM until the next morning, one of the hotel workers was plastering the hallway right outside our room. We complained twice during the night, but nobody paid any attention. The next day we complained again because we hadn't slept at all. When I went to the reception to discuss it, the receptionist even pretended she didn't know who the worker was and claimed that "someone from the street" had come in to do the plastering. 😂 It was honestly ridiculous. Their only offer was a bottle of wine. A refund for that night was never even considered because we had booked through a travel agency. Overall, this hotel has potential, but the poor service, lack of cleanliness, obvious preference for guests who tip, and the way complaints are handled made our stay very disappointing.

We had an amazing holiday at Concorde Marco Polo! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a beautiful beach, lovely pools, and the food offers a great variety every day. Everything was well organized, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were always clean and well maintained thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. While they are comfortable, they could benefit from some renovation and modernization to match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. A very special thank you to the best bartenders, Amir and Mtir! 🍹 Their kindness, great sense of humor, and excellent cocktails made every day even more enjoyable. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like friends rather than guests. We would also like to thank the entire animation team, especially Willy and Larry. They brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every single day. Whether it was games, activities, or evening shows, they created an unforgettable atmosphere and made our holiday truly special. Thank you to everyone at Concorde Marco Polo for your hard work and hospitality. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and we hope to come back again!

We came back to Marco Polo Concorde Hotel for the second time, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. It was wonderful to see that everything we loved during our first stay is still just as amazing. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the hotel had the same warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel at home. The animation team was once again one of the biggest highlights of our holiday. They were full of energy, always smiling, and made everyone feel included. The activities and evening shows were so much fun, and you could really see how much effort they put into making every guest happy. Without a doubt, the best animation team! Thank you to the entire team for making our second stay just as unforgettable as the first. We are already looking forward to coming back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing holiday!

Positives. Huge pool which was never crowded. Swim up bar. Rooms and beds larger than usual. Staff friendly. Right by beach with sunbeds which was quiet and relaxing. Food included fish, grilled meats, pasta, vegetables galore and really nice pizza. Don't come here for bacon and English breakfast, pies or nuggets. Quieter restaurant at the end of the pool open at lunchtime and set menu brought to the table in the evening. Plenty of sun beds on the grass close to the pool - never ran out. Warmest water I have known pool and sea (late June). Proximity to the marina for a nice stroll - just watch for restaurants that pretend to open a bottle of water. Decent evening entertainment. Understandable for the price. Cocktails were just squash and a local spirit sometimes with more squash to provide a colour contrast. Local wine which was OK - Rose better than red or white. Some minor maintenance issues. Negatives. Air conditioning in our room didn’t work. Other guests said theirs did indicating luck of the draw. Fan worked though which was effective. Annoying music around the pool (personal preference for quiet). Some people may not like the amount of seaweed.
