Concorde Marco Polo

I had a great experience at this hotel. It was my first time coming in Tunisia and I love it the most. The hospitality from here was amazing. However, that’s not all, I saw a boy who works there as a barista, his name I guess is Firas, he does his job really well. We had few problems that I really want to share, the wi-fi was really bad in the room we got, only in the lobby works well, the food keep repeating and this made me throwing up everything I ate. I hope these problems will be fixed cause I will be happy to come back again! ☺️

Room was adequate, but housekeeping not very efficient. Only one towel left I my room several days, toilet rolls not replenished, I had to go reception to request. No tea making facilties or even a kettle, requested several times, never appeared. No safety deposit box. Reception staff not very friendly or helpful. Lovely pool and swim up bar, but animation more 18/30's. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, kept our table for us. Beach was not clean and covered in camel droppings.

Our room when we arrived had not been cleaned we spoke to reception twice they were really unfriendly and unhelpful on both occasions. The food was the same everyday no variation and just warm at best and covered in flies inside and out .The pool was very nice and clean and staff around the pool and bar areas very friendly.all inclusive in general choice of drinks was poor and will not return in the future as we came home with upset stomachs.

It was not the 1st time in Marco Polo and not the last. People here are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Very spacious area. I can recommend.
