Diar Lemdina

We had a wonderful holiday in Tunisia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Diar Lemdina Hotel. The staff are so friendly and made our stay a truly memorable one. We absolutely loved the hotel and the fact that it is linked to a medina and a theme park (Carthage land) was a bonus. We had all our meals in the main buffet restaurant and found that there was something for both of us. As a vegetarian and gluten free, the waiters and chef made sure that I was well looked after. There was an abundance of fruit, deserts and ice creams. We want to say a huge shout out to Walid and Balti who were our main waiters throughout our stay. They are friendly, attentive and spoilt us with their excellent service. We also want to say a massive thank you to the chefs. Fahmi Rabhi (a young Tony Curtis lookalike) and Saber Dridi were absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much for them in making sure we were looked after. We also want to acknowledge Gamel, Narbeel and Sherif. Thank you so much. You made our holiday a huge success. We also enjoyed the entertainment and the work of the team. Thanks so much to MeMe (Umaima), Yusra, Aziz, Aladdin, Rio and Neno. You guys have so much energy! We enjoyed walking along the beach and down to the marina. It is a lovely walk especially when the sun was shining. We also loved out visit to Carthage Land. The oversized characters are brilliant and certainly kept everyone on their toes. It was lovely to see the children running away and laughing as they played with them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We had a great family holiday at Diar Lemdina. The hotel was very welcoming and the front of house staff are great. The bar staff are always happy and smiling! It is a lovely hotel with apartments which are perfect for families. Also close to the medina and walkable to the beach and town. They really do need to provide more information on what activities are going on and the schedule for the days, we didn’t know what was happening and when. Then when asking for information, the reception staff pointed to the animation team to provide info and animation team pointed to reception staff. Communication was sometimes poor, one example being that they cancelled the mini disco at the exact time it was supposed to start leaving some very upset children on that night. Having the chance to go to other restaurants as part of the all-inclusive was really great, but the information on this was poor and they didn’t provide the menu or any real timings in advance causing a bit of an issue for dining with children. Food was not labelled well and sometimes didn’t know what it was at all. Some of the staff serving the food could be much more efficient and would leave you standing at the station for a number of minutes without even acknowledging you. The animation team are great and were the highlight of the holiday for the children!

Amazing place. All the staff have been incredible. Upon arrival, we were shown to our room which was well maintained and beautifully clean. We have received top service from the bar, to the restaurant. The food is lovely and there’s plenty to choose from. The staff work very hard here and they have made our stay one to remember, also a special mention to Kamell in the restaurant. He has gone above and beyond for us.

Service and animation is very good and I will definitely come again
