It is an amazing hotel, completely different style and atmosphere from a typical resort. I was amazed with the olive trees view from my room balcony. One of my family members is gluten intolerant, the first 1/2 days it was a bit disorganised because some people knew others didn’t, but after speak to the team they quickly made the whole hotel aware and were incredible. Animation team were great too specially Marcelo, always friendly, smiling and cheering everyone up to do all the activities.

As a family of 4 people we had a lovely holiday. All staff were very welcoming since the beginning of our stay. Restaurant staff and activities team were always very kind and friendly, ready to help out. The hotel is full of activities and entertainments throughout the day and there is always a great atmosphere around.

Have just spent 2 weeks at this hotel and have to say what a great family hotel. Got here and upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment which was a huge bonus. Lots of variety to break your day up (pools warlterpark and fairground). A little dated in places and could have made use of an excellent terrace space above the snack bar at the salt water pool. But overall so many more positives than negatives. Special mention for Gary and the bold barman in the lobby bar. The amazing animation staff (especially Joe and Sofi) and the great maids we have. But it's hard to single them out when all the staff were so friendly from gardeners to managers. A truly quirky hotel you won't regret visiting.
