The hotel was nice, staf was friendly. Food was good. Beds were nice, rooms were clean. Service was good. Beach was very nice and clean. I would to thank ameni geustrelation she was very welcoming

Honest review We arrived on Sunday and the reception was so busy, people everywhere. The room wasnt ready and we were offered to go and get food, that was an experience which I will come back to . We finally got a room, and it was filthy dirty, old scruffy looking. I went back to reception and a lovely lady came and swapped our room to a beautiful clean one, the room is cleaned to a high standard everyday. Lovely fresh towels left and flowers most days. There is no hairdryer in the room even though lots of other I have e spoke. To have o e and when I asked they wanted a deposit to put o e in the room this wasnt going to happen when others have for free The pool area is lovely and clean it is busy but you will always get a sunbed The food is awful in the main restaurant its like a cattle market, people grabbing food putting it back, pushing and shoving nobody wants to queue. We have been lucky to be told about the restaurant on the beach, this is amazing lovely food and the waiters are fantastic.my only thing is its the same every night and because we csnt go to main restaurant it is repetitive The animation team are always busy, we have only had the pleasure of speaking to one of them Joe (Yousef) and he is great . The shows are good, but most of the after is catered to the other guests not English people. Overall we are having a good time as we are making it the best we can, what I will say is if your English please think very hard before booking to come here as it isnt set to cater for us very well
