El Mouradi Club Kantaoui

Our stay at El Mouradi Club Kantaoui was one of the highlights of our trip to Tunisia. What impressed us the most was the excellent organization, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the warm family-friendly atmosphere. The staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism, kindness, and constant attention to every detail. They were always available, friendly, and genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. Our children especially enjoyed the swimming pools, the evening entertainment, and the overall atmosphere. The food was good, varied, and suitable for families. We stayed in Room 710. Although there was a slight humidity smell, the room was clean, comfortable, and we liked it very much. If we visit again, I would be happy to stay in the same room. After leaving El Mouradi to try another hotel, we quickly realized how much we appreciated the quality and service here. We could not continue our stay at the other hotel, so we decided to cancel the rest of our reservation there and return to El Mouradi Club Kantaoui to spend the remainder of our vacation. The moment I told my wife and children that we were going back, their faces lit up with happiness. They were truly excited to return to the hotel where they had felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves. A heartfelt thank you to the management and every member of the staff for your hospitality, professionalism, and dedication. You made our family vacation truly memorable. We will gladly return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay in Tunisia.

We’ve just finished a wonderful 10 day holiday at this resort as a family of three, and we would happily return. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Whenever we needed anything, it was provided within minutes, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you goes to our lovely housekeeper, Mofidha, who looked after our room every day with such care and always had a warm smile. We’d also like to thank Haythem from the beach bar. We had the chance to chat with him a few times during our stay, and he is such a polite, kind, and well-mannered person who made us feel genuinely welcome. Chokri at reception was also incredibly helpful from the day we arrived until the day we left. I wish I could mention everyone by name, but every member of staff we met was fantastic and contributed to making our holiday so enjoyable. We spent our days both at the beach and by the pool, and both were fantastic. The pool can get quite busy at weekends, as can the buffet restaurant, so we often chose to have lunch at the beach restaurant instead. Although the menu is smaller, the food was consistently delicious, and we really enjoyed eating there. The buffet was also very good. As someone who loves Tunisian cuisine, I was delighted to find authentic, well-cooked local dishes. There were plenty of continental options too, so there was something for everyone. I think it’s only natural that a hotel showcases the cuisine of the country you’re visiting. The only area that could be improved is the buffet service during peak times. Some dishes took a little too long to be replenished, which occasionally led to disappointment and longer queues. If the food was topped up a little more quickly, the dining experience would be even better. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment, which offered guests a lovely glimpse into Tunisian culture. I’ve visited Tunisia before, but this was our first time staying at a resort as a family with our toddler, and it truly met all of our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this resort, especially to families. With just a small improvement to the buffet service during busy periods, it would be close to perfect. We hope to be back again!
