El Mouradi Palace

El mouradi palace was home away from home, the rooms where clean and cleaners did the cleaning on a daily basis towels change as well. Allocation was okay, the are taxis and buses just outside the hotel or the receptionist was kindly and friendly always ready to help and book the taxi to pick you at the hotel, choice was there. Staff working here where very accommodating and all smiles, service were good in the restaurant very clean , food was plenty and well cooked. Loved the whole fish bbq enjoyed that. Inside door swimming was good and the staff there especially the young tall man was very professional and explained what needed to be done. The activities / entertainments where good, one of the staff was good, oh Sam was his name made everyone feel at home. Others were good too. The squad bikes 🏍 the organiser from the hotel was not open enough as to let us know the rides where around houses instead of the country side as stated when explained. Went for massage twice it was great, was just disappointed with the gowns, the smelt off and damp. You need to improve on that. The receptionist from 4th March to 11th March was excellent lady, very helpful. To all staff continue the hard work. You made our stay worthy and we will come again. Excellent service waited on hand and foot nothing to much trouble. Rooms cleaned daily food excellent highly recommend Brilliant hotel Only downfall march quiet but nice to have peace.

After reading some of the reviews before travelling, I’ll admit my expectations were fairly low, especially as the price we paid for all inclusive barely seemed to cover the cost of the flights alone; however, I can honestly say I am so glad we decided to go, because El Mouradi Palace turned out to be fantastic value and exactly what we needed. For the price paid, the all-inclusive offering was excellent, with plenty of choice, generous portions, and drinks readily available throughout the day, which meant we could truly relax without worrying about extra costs creeping in. The hotel itself has a calm, spacious feel, the beachfront location is beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking to slow down, switch off, and properly recharge. This isn’t about flashy luxury; it’s about great value, sunshine, sea views, and the kind of laid-back environment where you can unwind completely, whether that’s by the pool, on the beach, or simply enjoying the warm evenings. It exceeded our expectations in the best possible way, and it proved that reviews don’t always tell the full story. We came home feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about when we’ll return — because for a stress-free, great-value all-inclusive break, El Mouradi Palace absolutely delivers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be returning.

Good atmosphere, clean rooms great service and responsive staff

The entertainment was excellent. Sam and Faras kept us engaged with all the activities..we thoroughly enjoyed. Food was ok.noted repetition on days.But just a recommendation, we would prefer to have the hot drinks a bit more hot. I would recommend to add a wash basin in toilet room as well. Overall it was good.we enjoyed
