This hotel it's very nice sapation the staff it's very nice and the animation very good team everyday now activities now show thank for everyone

From the minute we arrived we were greeted at Reception by Biram. Whose smile and cheerfulness is intoxicating. After a long day of travel and flight delays he assured us that there would still be some food for us at the restaurant after closing. The lady who cleaned our room (163) throughout the week went above and beyond. Our room, newly refurbished was very large and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the resort. The waiter, in the restaurant, Janin was friendly and extremely accommodating, as were the gents at the bar and the waiting staff. There is a brilliant selection of food, something for everyone. One night I enjoyed an array of Tunisian Cusine and the following I was living my best teen live with a plate of chicken nuggets and fries. We haven’t left yet but are already planning on coming back and bringing the family.

Perfect hotel, we stayed here with family of 5. Food was very good with big choices, entertainment was very good the guys who run swimming pool activites and archery club was really helpful and bice to everyone. Recommend to everyone!!!

Enjoying a relaxed week at el Mouradi Palace. The facilities are good , with very friendly staff and we don’t want to go home !! Like a number of the guests that we have met, we will look to return in the future, but maybe a week or so later in the year when the beach bar will be open - lol (!) The daily stretching , darts and water polo have been fun , but the highlight of the ‘animations’ has been 11 am archery ; Yassime has been a patient coach and we all had fun learning a new skill with varying levels of success (!)… evening entertainment has been ok , Africa show has been the best . Rooms are quite basic but clean, some refurbishment going on but nothing to moan about.. food good and varied , loving the fish and prawns (!) Spa is good value so had two massages which is a bonus .Beer is nice, waiting staff excellent at fetching it frequently (!)
