El Mouradi Palace

Excellent hotel friendly staff especially animation not forgetting the jewelry man who man who sold good value for money rings watches necklaces etc he was very helpful and friendly would stay there again

We booked a 10 night stay and were worried as some reviews weren’t all that good. Please ignore them as our stay was brilliant!! We were greeted at reception with a warm welcome and told about all the timings of things and were welcomed for the late night meal and cases were taken to our room for us. Our room was perfect didn’t have a fault and was beautiful. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean and tidy. The house keepers are so lovely and always tidied and take pride in what they do. The swimming pool is so nice and has so many activities throughout the day with music playing and entertainment team encouraging you to join in. I must say the entertainment team is so good they really try to involve you, they are very welcoming and a really good laugh. The night time shows are really good. The white night foam party was my favourite. The beach is lovely. Sometimes hard to find a sun lounger but lifeguards on the beach always willing to help you out. So relaxing and clean on the beach too. The food is good always something different with fresh meat and fresh pizza cooked all the time. The sweety time/ snack bar by the pool is good with a variety of things. The bar inside is very good the staff are very nice and are a laugh. The location is close to the port so you can walk along beach to it. The shops across the road are good souvenir shops. The shop on the hotel, the man is so friendly. If wanting to venture out for dinner the Hard Rock Cafe which is a 5 min walk is brilliant the food and atmosphere in there is amazing. Overall I haven’t got a bad word to say about this hotel. We are looking forward to our stay we have booked for next year for 2 weeks.

Very nice, hotel room clean. Food excellent, different varieties each day. Beach near the hotel. Different varieties of night entertainment. Would come again. Value for the money.

As soon as I walked I was greetedwith lovely management team. They were so friendly and welcoming. The food was good and my room was fantastic. The location was great too. 30 min from Enfidha airport. Close to the local port and 20 min drive into souse. I would definitely be coming back but mainly because of the staff who made mine and my daughters stay so lovely. Thank you very much!
