El Mouradi Palace

You couldn’t fault the brilliant staff this hotel has,they all work so hard in extreme heat and are paid a pitance. The rooms are definitely not like the ones shown,and most people like myself had to change rooms as the first wasn’t exceptable. You would never starve as there was plenty of variety. Far to much queing for everything,not my cup of tea.As for the pool,far to many children in the big pool,you couldn’t have a decent swim without balls hitting you or people bombing you.Drinks were watered down and it’s never a 5 star. The weather and staff were the best things.

We arrived middle of May , first time visiting Tunisia. Our first impression of our room was a musky smell but once patio doors were opened and room aired it was fine . The room was dated but it was comfortable. I loved the shower always hot and good pressure. Housekeeping staff were lovely, room cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. Had a nice view of a massive tree blocked the sun , we mainly sat on balcony at night so didn't mind. Beach was 5 minutes away always got a sunbed. Bar staff restaurant staff and reception all very polite can't fault the service, we always tipped staff as they all work hard. Food was ok could do with more veriety . Lots of things to do outside the hotel and taxi's very cheap and always taxi's outside the hotel. We will certainly return again , loved our first trip to Tunisia. Thank you El Mouradi Palace.

We had an excellent stay overall and would highly recommend this resort. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the activities on offer were enjoyable. We did have an issue with our room at the beginning of our stay, but this was resolved promptly and we were moved to another room on the same day, which we greatly appreciated. The beach access was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. A special mention goes to Tayseer, the Assistant General Manager, who was extremely helpful throughout our visit and ensured that any concerns were dealt with efficiently. There are a few areas that could be improved. There were no snacks available in the evening after dinner to accompany drinks at the bar, and the choice of non-alcoholic beverages was very limited. As someone who enjoys traditional Tunisian mint tea made with fresh mint, I was disappointed that it was not available in either the bar area or the dining hall. I was also unaware that access to the gym was not included in the all-inclusive package. This was important to me when choosing the resort, and at almost £9 per person per visit, I decided not to use it during our stay. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was excellent. The service, food, activities, and location made for a very enjoyable holiday, and we would happily return in the future.

Excellent hotel friendly staff especially animation not forgetting the jewelry man who man who sold good value for money rings watches necklaces etc he was very helpful and friendly would stay there again
