El Mouradi Palace

Service is very poor, toilet tissue was not given for two days. Food was similiar every day. Rooms and toilet smell damp. Cleaners don’t clean the room properly.

Our stay at El Mouradi Palace has been the worst holiday experience we’ve ever had, and I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel. The first room we were given was filthy. The air‑conditioning barely worked, the fridge didn’t work at all, and the room felt neglected. When we went to reception, instead of helping, they told us to “come back tomorrow at 12.” The second room was even worse — it was infested with ants. They were everywhere: on the floor, walls, and even near the beds. Reception said they would “spray the room,” but nothing changed. After complaining again, we were shown a few rooms and picked the one that was slightly better, but still far below any acceptable standard. During our stay, me, my wife, and my daughter all suffered food poisoning — diarrhoea and vomiting. The food hygiene is clearly not safe. On top of that, the food itself is extremely poor: the same limited items are repeated every day, often lukewarm and lacking freshness. It’s nowhere near the standard expected from an all‑inclusive hotel. To make things even worse, we have been bitten every night by bedbugs. It’s impossible to sleep properly, and the bites are painful and itchy. And today was the final straw: housekeeping didn’t clean our room or change the bed sheets. I had to go to reception six times in the evening before someone finally came. The level of service is shocking — it feels like the staff simply don’t care or are completely overwhelmed. At this point, we’ve stopped asking for help because nothing ever gets resolved. We are counting down the hours until we can leave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Dirty rooms, pests, sickness, broken facilities, terrible food, and no support — this hotel has completely ruined our trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive hotel! Everything was excellent from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious food, great drinks, and friendly staff. A special thank you to the animation team, who truly made our holiday unforgettable. They were energetic, friendly, and worked so hard to keep everyone entertained with fun activities during the day and amazing shows at night. Their enthusiasm and positivity created such a great atmosphere.
