Disappointing stay! How this hotel is 5* is beyond me. Rooms are very outdated and simply not functional, if you want to sit around the pool you have to reserve the sunbed by 6am, unless you pay the lifeguards to reserve it for you. That's the biggest problem in this hotel-all staff is very ignorant, unless you pay tips constantly. We were all-inclusive and wouldn't mind paying the tip at the end of stay to the staff, but they are expecting it all the time. When we walked into the restaurant the first time, the waiter was very friendly and gave us a table, but as we didn't tip him, at our next meal he completely ignored us and we were searching for a table for ages as they were all covered with dirty dishes, it looked like waiters don't clean the tables on purpose and when they see people that constantly tip, they take them over to a table and then clean and get it ready. Cups for all-inclusive drinks are size of 100ml-150ml and there are constant queues to get food or drinks.

DON'T BOOK!!! SHOCKING PLACE. NOT A 5*! Rooms from 1950's smelly snd mouldy, with ants snd cockroaches in it. Service very disappointing, very miserable staff, only interested in tips. Our first time in Tunisia, we will never come back, because we are put off by this horrible experience 😢
