Golf Residence

First time in Tunisia staying at this fantastic hotel, from the moment of our arrival the hotel reception made us feel very welcome. Due to a delay with our flight and the time we arrived the restaurant was closed, but hot food was delivered to our room this was very much appreciated, Mohamed the restaurant manager greeted us next morning table set and a good selection of food was available, excellent location short walk takes you to the marina and the beach it was spotless again good selection of bars/restaurants, back at the hotel for lunch, met by various members of the staff who made us very welcomed, Saleh had our table ready and a variety of food was available, excellent, Lotfi bar manager showed us an great selection of drinks available, wines were superb, delivered to our table by our ever smiling Hassib, a credit to the hotel. Had an amazing New Year party great atmosphere and entertainment. A big thank you to everyone, not forgetting Meno and Helmi for making it a holiday to remember. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had my first December trip 10th - 17th and absolutely loved it so much so will definitely be returning this year for a relax before Xmas again. Rooms were fab, the beds were so comfy and rooms cleaned daily. Staff were brilliant cannot do enough for you. Food, there's always a good selection at each mealtime and a great selection of drinks. Location is everything with this hotel. You can literally walk to everything. Waterpark, fairground, marina, supermarket, shops, beach, fountain, petting zoo, ect There's always something to do even in the quieter seasons. Even with it being quiet in December the entertainment made sure to do activities with my children, dancing, boules ect. One of my daughters even asked to learn some Arabic one evening and true to his word the morning after he gave her some lessons by the pool and she was over the moon. All the staff were brilliant couldn't do enough for us. Cannot wait to return. 🙏❤️

when you go to this hotel make sure you ask for a safety box and put money there because they steal and also when your coming from england EVERYBODY knows . cleaners come in the morning without knocking asking for towels while we are asleep who would want to bath around 6-7am i reported this to the reception they asked for my number and said they will “investigate” but still now no update . The food is mostly there tunisian food with chips and bread, but that was food from lunch, dinner was “private” we just ate the same options everyday not much of a variety . night time entertainment is not so bad we saw the tunisian dances which was nice and that’s about it . the scenery is great from the pool side . The snack bar outside are filled with flies that are flying around near straws and that whole area . A hotel is where you trust not where you should hesitate every time you leave valuables out in your OWN room.

We’ve just come back from the most incredible holiday, and I can honestly say this hotel deserves every bit of praise possible! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel completely at home. Mino, the entertainer, was absolutely awesome – full of energy, fun, and laughter every day. He made sure everyone was having the best time! Hassib, our daytime barman at the pool, is some one truly special. Always smiling, always helpful, and he makes the best cocktails you’ll ever have. But more than that, he’s a genuinely kind and caring person – a true friend for life. Our days by the pool wouldn’t have been the same without him! Our cleaner (I think her name was Annis) was brilliant – our room was spotless every single day, and she always greeted us with a warm smile. The restaurant staff were amazing too – friendly, attentive, and hard-working. And Helmi deserves a massive thank you for helping us book excursions, translating when needed, and always being there when we had questions. What a legend! Omar, another fantastic barman in the main bar, was superb – fast, friendly, and always remembered our favourite drinks. There are too many incredible people to name, but every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. And the food – wow! Fresh pizzas, delicious crepes, amazing pasta – everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay; it’s an experience filled with kindness, fun, and unforgettable memories. We’ll definitely be returning – thank you all for an unforgettable holiday! ❤️

This hotel has been our favourite family holiday ever. Mino has been such great entertainment, keeping the kids busy with paper airplanes and dancing, Hassib at the bar has been nothing but smiles and genuinely adores our family. Helmi has helped us no end with trips and even when we were having trouble speaking to a local food place when the language barrier was broken. We have had so much fun we plan to return for new year and probably this time next year also. The food has been great, even with fussy eaters. English people should definitely consider Golf Residence and Tunisia. The team here are becoming like family and I can't wait for our next visit.
