The hotel has a great location and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The customer service was one of the highlights of my stay, with employees doing their best to assist guests and make the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in need of significant maintenance. While the staff work hard to keep things running smoothly, the facilities do not match the level of service they provide. The air conditioning was very poor and struggled to cool the room properly. Additionally, the bathroom flooded after every shower, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. I raised these issues on the first day of my stay and continued to follow them up until 2 a.m. on the second day, but the problems were not resolved, and eventually I gave up pursuing them. The food was decent, with a good variety of options available, although the overall dining experience was average rather than exceptional. Overall, Golf Residence benefits from a great location and excellent staff, but the property urgently needs maintenance and upgrades to improve the guest experience. 2.5/5 stars.

Fantastic week here with family from the moment of arriving until departing the staff are exceptional! I class myself as a fussy eater but always found something to eat the bar and staff are totally amazing also. There is a spa onsite and also a nightclub! Yes I did visit it 😊 Rooms are decent with walk in showers and the pool is warm. There is an English Rep onsite Maureen who will make sure you have everything you need this is my 2nd time in tunisia and I must say this is a place I will definitely revisit. Special mention to Lotfi and the amazing animation duo of Mina and Mino thank you for a wonderful week!

Golf Residence - Informații

Hotelul este situat în stațiunea plină de viață Port El Kantaoui, cunoscută pentru portul său elegant cu numeroase cafenele și restaurante. Este locul ideal pentru a vă plimba pe străzile istorice printre casele albe caracteristice. În timpul sejurului, oaspeții se vor relaxa pe plaja privată cu nisip sau în zona de spa, sau vor petrece în discoteca hotelului. Pentru cei mici, există o piscină cu tobogane și un miniclub cu animație.
