Super place and good hotel everything was good good was good and room was clearin and big i was say thanks for the best animator Mino he crazy and funny ❤️❤️

Myself, Husband and 21 month old stayed for a week in mid May. It was very quiet with few people at the hotel. We always got a sun lounger, a table and didn’t have to queue. Hotel and grounds: The hotel was spacious, clean and quiet. Pool area is lovey where you have lots of room and aren’t elbow to elbow with strangers. Pool is a good temperature too but wasn’t open until 10am which was frustrating as our son was up at the crack of dawn! The slides were not open when we were there which was annoying. The grounds were well kept but the children’s playground needed some TLC. Rooms: We got a newer room which was modern, immaculate with plenty of space and storage. Fresh towels and bedding each day. Our son had a white, wooden cot with a mattress which was perfect. We often left our patio door open and left belongings in sight, nothing was touched, it was very safe. The curtains weren’t blackout, so it was very bright at 5am leading to early wake ups. The beds are very hard which may suit many, however, I woke up feeling bruised. The shower would also flood the room which was frustrating and dangerous. The hotel also refused to turn on the aircon which made us uncomfortably hot and our son struggled with sleeping. We faced a road and nightclub which could have noisy at times. Food & drink: Breakfast consisted of freshly baked pastries, cakes, biscuits. Additionally crepes, donuts and omelettes cooked to order. Fewer options for hot food but all round something for everyone. Lunch and dinner also had plenty of options from burgers to local tagine. The food had plenty of flavour. You didn’t feel bad after eating, the food wasn’t greasy and had plenty of vegetables and salad on offer. The only downside was the food wasn’t hot. The desserts were also pretty tasty, however, there wasn’t any ice-cream which was a shame for our son. Instead we visited the ice-cream shop down the road. There were plenty of drink choices but they weren’t strong in the slightest, to be honest, I couldn’t taste alcohol at all. Staff: The staff were truly fantastic throughout. Everyone was beyond friendly, polite and helpful. They helped bring dinner to our room on the occasions when our son slept through meal times which was so kind and helpful. All staff adored our son and we were well looked after. Cheka looked after us well, always ensuring we had a table with a highchair and refused us to clean up our son’s mess. Sadly, he left for a few days off before we could tip him. Mino was equally fabulous. He always made sure our son had balls and balloons to play with, tried to encourage all of us to join in the activities on offer. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and relaxed just like we intended. The hotel most definitely needs some improvements but definitely has some wonderful qualities.

Great animation, Perfect food, great hotel

Good place the room good and clean the pool is good animator Mino was good also we have fun with him the only problem is the same food every day so i hope if they change it next time
