Great weeks stay at the Golf residence hotel staff very friendly especially the animation team Mina & Mino made my family so welcome and the entertainment was 5 star. The best part of the stay was the beach event were we played games, paint throwing, foam party and fruit drinks and a tasty barbecue !! Thank you mina & mino for making us so welcome and the excellent entertainment

Perfect, the entertainment team Mino and Mina are amazing, they are great at what they do. Big thanks to Amin and Hiba for being great barstaff, extremely friendly and talkative, they will go above and beyond. The modern rooms are also very clean and comfortable. I must also mention the lady who cooks Chichi in the morning is spot on.

The animation team were fantastic with our children. We had a fantastic time here and I would recommend for anyone with children.

We have been here since 8th August, I have nothing but praise for this hotel, the staff are a credit, nothing is to much trouble for any of them, kind and hard working,everywhere is clean, the food although can seem a little repetitive like lots of All Inclusive, it is fresh and tasty and there is a lot of different choices, the young guy making the fresh omelettes in the morning and the guy making the pizza's do a great job, The restaurant staff are to atentetive and look after you so well, Youseff, Monsuer, and Nabib thank you for your amazing service. Yes some people add towels to sunbeds early, but no matter what time you arrive at the pool, the staff will do their best to find you a place, at 10:17 there are still lots of free beds. What I like most about this hotel is the management listen, people complained about queue at bar too long, I disagree, there may be in a queue but it goes down quick, the most people I have seen queing at any one time is around a dozen, whilst here the staff built a new outdoor cocktail bar for all inclusive, so the main bar is free to serve beer, coffee, soft drinks and spirits, people said the pool opened too late at 10:am, again they listened and now open the pool at 9:00, the rooms are very clean with fresh towels and sheets everyday!. The location is amazing, close to port and Hanibal park, a water park straight across the road, own private beach, albeit a 10 minute walk, it is soft white sand, sunbeds are free and a soft drinks bar for all inclusive guests, there is an indoor bar were you can purchase food that is of good quality. There is a horse and carriage that will take you to the beach free, or maybe around £2 to £3 at the most in a taxi. The best thing is definitely the staff especially Mina, this beautiful, kind lady works so hard, will help anyone with anything they need, Mina is always on hand, she is an absolute credit to the hotel. Maureen is also amazing and will advise and help with anything, good for trips to Quad bikes etc, jet skis etc.. Great atmosphere around the pool staff are fun, lots of activities. Later in the afternoon, relaxing music is played around the pool, this is a lovely touch. The hotel feels safe and secure. No Ants, insects or cockroaches seen in our room, the room is bright and fresh, air conditioning in our room was fine. I have travelled to many hotels around the world, my first time in Tunisia, and me and my family will definitely be back and our stay will definitely be at Golf Residence, please don't judge the hotel on any bad reviews, I am glad I didn't orelse we would have missed out on this great holiday. To cleaners, maintenance, restaurant, lifeguards, bar staff, reception staff, security staff, Anton, kids club staff, and beautiful Mina, keep doing what you are doing, as you all do it so well, your management should be really proud of you all, you are a credit to them. thank you.
