Hotel El Mouradi Palm Marina

We arrived as a family of 30, with a variety of adults and children, the rooms are dated but the reception staff were able to show us and move us to much better rooms quickly, the room we stayed in was very spacious and the air con was amazing! The view was great, we had a bottom floor room and had a view of the pool. We got to the hotel via coach and it was very easy. The reception was spotless, pool was clean and beach was too, some of the bathrooms need cleaning but overall clean! The hotel isnt too noisy, entertainment stops st 11:00 and the music isnt too loud. The buffet was good and Salah was amazing, he managed to reserve our seats, and the staff always made sure you had drinks and cutlery. The staff were helpful and kind but some need some more professionalism towards girls( asking for social medias like instagram) but despite that they were amazing. For the price we paid the hotel did meet the standards. It was a fun environment, i think i would have liked some more dancing in the daytime. The hotel reception and buffet is modern however its just the rooms that need updating. We will miss this hotel and the kids had fun, we also went on the catamaran which was absolutely amazing I recommend. Overall this hotel was good and we made lots of memories, one improvement would be the staff as i stated before, but id recommend to others.

The location is nice, plenty of watersports and other hotels, however the hotel seems outdated. The drinks are all syrup based, but they taste alright, the food is nice. Some of the old rooms are not nice to stay in, however the newer rooms are nice enough. one main issues however is the air con, It is practically dysfunctional.

Utterly sensational experience. All staff so professional, efficient, friendly and genuine. Food is utterly sublime. Spa is a heavenly treat. Pool and beach beautiful. We havnt left yet but already booking another time xx
