Hotel El Mouradi Palm Marina

Went to this hotel with family first time, everything looked nice from outside, however when get inside of the hotel, I was shocked, rooms are really old, definitely need do some refreshments, bedding dirty, all furniture barely holds together, A/C old and very noisy nighttime, asked for different room, they exactly same condition, food not fresh, and much more, staff nice however trying to get tips from you when ever it’s possible, if you want to enjoy your holiday, chose different place.

lovely service everyone is so sweet and come to your need anytime

Loved the service and friendly staff, good food and lovely activities that include all ages and inclusivity. Rooms very clean and pool cleaning.

Great place lovely food great staff definitely going again

We’ve had a lovely time at this hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food has been excellent as well. The room is nice, beds a little hard for our taste, but it has everything we needed. It’s approximately 30 mins from the airport in a private transfer, so very convenient to get to. Also very clean. The entertainment staff have been great, and there are a good variety of activities. The spa was also excellent, we did a package including hammam, seaweed, salt water jacuzzi and massage.
