Hotel El Mouradi Palm Marina

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. We had everything we needed during our stay. The entertainment was great and there was a big variety of entertainment. The location was good too. Only 8 minute taxi to the port and 25 minutes to the medina. Taxis are cheap so this was great. The hotel is right on the beach which is amazing too. There is a shop on the site which is very useful. This hotel had an amazing atmosphere.

Would not recommend this hotel not 5 star at all , service was very poor we were first given room 105 but had to request a change due to poor AC and toilet not flushing. The cleaniness of the room and hallways were unacceptable. They then changed my room to 210 was a little better but again cleaniness was dreadful. We stayed 4 nights not once did any cleaner come clened room or bathroom despite asking them to. Very disappointed.

Hotel is well located, nice beach and friendly service. I recommand if you are traveling in family, it's full of activities for kids and we'll animated.

Currently nearing the end of our stay at el mouradi palm marina. Have had an excellent 10 days. Everybody is very friendly and attentive. Especially Mo from the entertainment team, always checking in on us and keeping us up to date with day time activities and also nighttime entertainment. I would say the only down side would be the food. Not that the food is bad. Just the selection does not really match. For example. Fresh cooked king prawns. But nothing to go with them. But always can find something to eat. Great location for travelling to port mouradi or sousse

Room was amazing. Junior suite… staff are extremely friendly and helpful… Cannot do enough for you… Momo especially great fun … food not so great unfortunately.. A bit random with no theme…
