Great Hotel, great people, great location

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks together with my 2 kids and it was quite the experience. At first when I read the reviews I had high expectations unfortunately none were met. Firstly when I entered the hotel we noticed that there was no elevator I had a knee surgery so this was a must for me and was not written anywhere. The rooms were below average and I had to change rooms 4 times for reasons like a broken bed, broken toilet, no AC, etc. I had booked for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I only ate 3 times in those 3 weeks because of how horrible the experience was. I would honestly say this was more because of the residents than the hotel itself they do not respect any etiquettes and it felt like I had to fight to get some food totally unacceptable. The swimming pool was also a bad experience again because of the residents they were washing their feet in the pool, washing their clothes it was totally shocking. My overall advice would be to put stricter rules to make the experience enjoyable for all residents of people don’t respect those regulations they face consequences because it was an horrible experience mostly because of the residents. I did meet some wonderful staff members like: Hsan from the bar, Karim security assistant, Monji security member. Khairi receptionist and Ahlem the cleaning lady of room 819. Hopefully this will be better in the future!

Absolutely disgraceful.. gave another family our room, waited 4 hours to receive key.. after nearly 13 hours of travelling . Staff we were rude, made accusations against my family. Wouldn’t recommend whatsoever Holiday from hell
