So unfortunately didn't had great experience with hotel first day on arrival no towel ants in my room.. food was fine kitchen stuff good waiters were ok. But amination team rubbish just guys picking girls .. dont even to there job properly only one guy was real aminator Freddie rest of them are here just pick girls in bed talking several girls. Getting them in next door club and room or straight to room ... hotel is nothing like pictures show got rashes from sleeping on bed . dont visit avoid this place !!!

We have just stayed 5 nights at the hotel and it was very enjoyable. The service was very good and lots of options for the food. Our sink was blocked and i this was sorted very quickly after i spoke to the reception staff who immediately logged the repair. Reception staff were very helpful everytime we had a query and spoke very good english. Bed were very comfortable and the air con made the room the perfect temperature. Enjoyed the kids pool. My little one could spend all day there. The entertainment staff would come every so often for entertainment at the pool which was nice. I was able to get warm milk from the bar for my little one which was really helpful and noticed there is also a microwave in the restaurant. Hotel was generally was clean all round. Manger Mohamed Jernifa was very helpful in arranging a late check out for us as we still needed the room for a few hours. Staff very polite in including the restaurant staff and the cleaners.

This hotel is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not a fussy person but this is a joke of a hotel. Flies everywhere in the dinning room, no air conditioning in the dining room so you’re very hot. The pool is a mess with rubbish around everywhere and nobody seems to care. The rooms are dated and not clean. I’ve seen a number of cockroaches in the hotel its self. I’ve spoken to managers and they don’t seem to care either? It’s no way a 4* hotel and more like a 2 star. Be very aware of what I’m saying please. I’m not an angry holiday maker I’m just a normal person that goes on holiday 4 times a year into 3 and 4 * hotels. It’s a shame as it has good potential but no one cares and that’s sad.

The house keeper went through my personal belonging and Have items missing. Please lock all your items. Waiters have to be tipped otherwise you let ignored The Spa is also mislead into you having treatment. They charge different prices to everyone. i did not get the treatment I paid for. be careful.

I recently stayed at Houda Yasmine Marina & Spa, and unfortunately I can't recommend it, particularly for solo female travellers. Throughout my stay, I was repeatedly hit on by men and frequently asked whether I had a boyfriend. While I understand this may not be something the hotel can completely control, it meant I never really felt able to relax. The first few days of my stay were otherwise fairly uneventful. However, later in my holiday, I experienced a very distressing incident involving a visitor who had been invited to the hotel for a conference. As I was walking to the poolside toilets, he repeatedly asked to take a photograph with me. I said no several times, but he continued to pressure me until I eventually gave in because I just wanted him to leave me alone. After the photo, I collected my belongings and headed back to my room. He then followed me from the pool area, chased me up the stairs, and wanted to come into my room and kept trying to talk to me. I was terrified. Thankfully, I managed to find my key card just as he caught up to me, got inside my room, and slammed the door. After calling a family member in tears, I eventually found the courage to report the incident to reception. The female receptionist was compassionate and handled the situation very well, and I appreciate the way she supported me. What disappointed me most was the response from a senior manager. He told me that because I had been seen in a photograph with the man, it must have meant I wanted the interaction, this was said I was still crying and visibly upset. That response was deeply upsetting. Agreeing to a photograph after being repeatedly pressured does not mean someone is consenting to harassment or being followed to their room. I repeatedly said no, and I was left frightened for the remainder of my stay. I'm sharing my experience so that other solo female travellers have all the information when deciding whether to book. This may have been an isolated incident, but the way it was initially handled by management left me feeling unsupported and unsafe.
