So many things let this hotel down. Came to celebrate 2 big birthdays and feel so annoyed and disapointed. Asked for a kettle for 4 days straight. Each time were told we will send 1 up right now. Gave up asking and ended up sharing 1 kettle between 4 rooms (2 on 1st floor & 2 on 3rd floor) this was not ideal. Swipe lock on our room has been very loose and reported straight away after getting to the room. Was never fixed. Closet stinks of damp so had to spray perfume every day. No mini bar in room as advertised only a very small, not cold fridge that ice compartment is totaly frozen over and needs deicing. Main complaint is not eaten or drank ANYTHING but bottled water for 3 days and been layed up in the room due to sickness, stomache cramps and diarrhea due to the food. 3 out of party of 9 all came down with same illness. We became that ill had to speak to guest relations as cant get hold of easyjet at all. Saw doctor who told us its a viral and pesticide virus and he felt so sorry for us he drove us to the pharmacy himself. Lots of other hotel guests have also caught it. The food is the same ever day. Same fruit. No hot drinks or cold juice stations at lunch & diner times. You have to get them from the bar. There is only 1 very small bar inside the hotel and its very limited choice of drink. As for cocktails they do 6 but they all taste the same. 1 draught lager or (pay for bottle) Feel sorry for Salah and the rest of the bar staff as they are so lovely and friendly but rushed of their feet as no room behind the bar for more staff. For what we paid for all inclusive we would have been better going self catering. Hotel big bosses have been to hotel to find out why so many complaints are being made. Only good points of hotel are the bar staff as already mentioned and the entertainment team. Ava, Kimo, Joe, Pipeto and Franko are so lovely and so friendly. Interaction with all the guests is spot on. They are the only thing that is good about the place. Been Tunisia 3 times as I normaly love it here but this time has really put me off.

Hotel has a good location, hotel clean, rooms basic but cleaned well. Entertainment team very good.

Location is ideal. Not too far from the beach and the marina. Rooms are very clear. Pool is a nice temperature. Animation team - specifically Kimo, are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Good staff, lively entertainment and a good variety of food available. However, rooms are outdated, some lack of cleanliness. WiFi does not work in all rooms and some problems with airconditioning.

Great service, friendly staff, very hospitable! Kimo from the entertainment team was amazing!
