We are a young couple and can honestly say this was one of the best holidays we’ve ever been on. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations! The staff are truly what makes this hotel special. Every single person including the chefs, waiters, waitresses, lifeguards, cleaners, entertainment team and reception are so friendly, welcoming, kind and always happy to help. You can feel how much they care about guests. Our room was spotless every day, with fresh towels and everything beautifully looked after. For us, a clean room and a comfy bed are the essentials and this hotel goes way above and beyond that at such a reasonable price. They also have filtered water stations around the hotel which is so refreshing and made us wonder why do not all hotels have this?! The food was incredible. So much variety, great quality and something new to try every day. You can tell the chefs put real effort into the dishes and we looked forward to every meal. You will never get bored here. The lifeguards and entertainment team absolutely made our holiday. They get everyone involved in fun activities without ever being pushy. We did beach volleyball in the morning and afternoon, Zumba and watersports in the pool. They make everything feel fun, relaxed and full of good energy. Yes, you’ll see a few people offering quad biking or boat trips, but they’re polite and friendly, a simple “no thank you” is enough. Same with the beach vendors: they walk past quietly and don’t bother you. Nothing interrupts your relaxation. The entertainment was amazing. We saw African dancing, Tunisian cultural shows and team performances that were full of energy. They also get you involved in the dancing too which was real fun. It genuinely feels like you get to experience the culture, not just watch it. The atmosphere every evening was brilliant. We also had some professional photos taken, which was such a lovely touch, great quality and really affordable. Perfect if you want nice couple / family photos without relying on strangers. We made so many happy memories here and felt safe the whole time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredible, the activities are fun and the whole environment feels safe, warm and welcoming. Even the other guests we met were lovely, it’s just that kind of place. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to any couple or family looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, culture and amazing service🩷 Thank you!

Very nice hotel and people working there, everybody with a simpathy, very clean. They like to please with what we like at the restaurants, bars, even at our bedroom, at the beach. Fredy is the best to travel with and Rawda at rooms service.

Returned today . Stayed at kantaoui bay 2 years ago . This hotel matches kantaoui bay in all aspects and exceeds in some . Travelling as a couple during the school holidays we opted for star prestige due to these being adults only areas . I saw some reviews prior saying star prestige not worth the extra . I woukd have to strongly disagree as it made a big differance for us . High floor , adult only areas , roof jacuzzi terrace and premium brand drinks . We spent most of our time in the star prestige roof terrace with jacuzzis . Mohamned looked after us each day and bought fresh drinks to the sunbeds when empty . Mohammed is a credit to this hotel and provided us with exemplary service . The room was cleaned to high standard each day by najwa who would greet us every morning in the corridor with a smile . Food and drinks good quality . The hotel could do with a bit of tlc . The building itself definately lacks the wow factor of kantaoui bay but for us the star prestige upgrade made all the differance . This is not available at kantaoui bay . Only negative was that hotel seemed to have issues with aircon during our stay . Not sure if this was a fault or a choice . The room aircon was just about adequate . Not great but enough to get by . The communal areas including lobby and restaurant there was no air con . This made for sone nights of very uncomfortable dining . People were literally sitting at the tables dripping with sweat . Overall a very pleast stay though and would definately visit again .

Long review alert! 😆 We visited as a family of 4 (children aged 14 and 16). We booked two superior seaview rooms and got exactly what we expected. Large, sea views and good air-con. We communicated in advance with Mr Aziz Layouni (Guest Services Manager), as we had some additional requests. My daughter has a nut / peanut allergy and required support with this. He was amazing, before and during our stay. He also organised a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Very efficient and professional. We found this to be the case with all the staff, from our lovely cleaning lady to waiters, animation, pool and ground staff. They are friendly and work so hard. We did observe that they’re not always treated with the same respect from guests… which is a shame 😞 The hotel was quite beautiful, clean and up keep was ongoing. It’s possibly not 5 star in its truest form but what we expected, and a good offering for an AI resort. It was looking a little tired in areas and could do with some work / refurbishment in certain areas. Air con could be more extensive in buffet restaurant and public areas. It did get a little hot. Food / Dining - buffet restaurant had excellent choice / quality of food. Fresh salads, meats, fish and sea food (even lobster one night). It did get very busy and a little hot and chaotic at times. The staff worked so hard but the volume of people, and at times, lack of guest etiquette had an impact on meal enjoyment. Snack bar at lunch time was our preference. Lovely fresh choices, albeit more limited, but still lovely and more peaceful and enjoyable in our opinion. There was also an afternoon tea available - sweet and savory treats. It looked lovely but we were full from lunch to try it. À la carte restaurant - managed to visit on both Italian and Tunisian night. Lovely environment and food with superb hosting. Drinks - house wine was okay, cocktails were mixed to our preference. Not bad overall for an AI. Would have liked a sparkling wine option but fine, as we’re not big drinkers anyway. Entertainment - generally low key, it was available during the day and music / shows at amphitheater at night. You can do / see as much or as little as you wanted. My husband and son enjoyed tennis, pool activities and table tennis as well as sea activities on the beach. Pools - two lovely pools (one quieter and other with some activities). Lots of beds around and on grass. Sun beds with nice padding. Generally easy to get until mid morning. We are very early risers and love mornings at the pool when it’s quiet. They do get busy later but not too bad. Waiter service drinks Beach - beautiful white soft sand and gorgeous aesthetic. Plenty beds. Drinks service available. There were little jelly fish in the sea, and we all got stung, but more like a nettle stung. Nothing too traumatic and it is their home after all 😉 Some sea activities such as kayak included and others offered at a reasonable price. We tried kayaking, paddle boards and parasailing. All in all we had a wonderful week. We felt it was good value for money. Also got to see a little bit of Tunisia outside the hotel too which was lovely. Would def recommend.

Stand out memory of this hotel is the staff they are a massive asset to the hotel . My wife ended up in hospital needing an emergency operation and I was having problems with the calls to the hospital which was very stressful. The staff on reception came to my rescue and took over dealing with them . In just one call they had it all sorted out and we could relax and enjoy the end to our holiday. A massive thanks to all involved your kindness will not be forgotten.
