Iberostar Selection Diar El Andalous

We stayed at this great hotel from 1st of May till the 11th. The food was fantastic and the staff were amazing - from the cleaning staff, to waiters, to spa and restaurant team. We stayed in room 467, a Star Prestige room and a very special thank you to Najoua who was brilliant with cleaning our room and leaving great creations on our bed, we loved them. Mr. Mohammed from the Star Prestige upstairs lounge was very attentive and friendly. Kamel, who was from the downstairs Star Prestige lounge was also brilliant. Jalel and Safouan were fantastic as well. We dealt with Salima, the Guest Relations Manager, from before our trip and whilst we were there - she was incredibly helpful, so friendly and always has a smile. We can not recommend this hotel enough. The whole site is incredibly clean, the hotels sustainability levels are beyond anything we've seen in any hotel, the facilities are excellent and the beach area is fabulous. Whilst in Sousse you must definitely visit the El Kantoui Marina, the Amphitheatre in El Jem and have a wonder around the Medina. The people of Tunisia are incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back for another incredible stay.

Just back from a week at this hotel and anyone who has a complaint about this hotel must be really hard to please . From the second we arrived until we left we felt welcomed and at ease a real laid back vibe about the place. The rooms are spacious well equipped, the pool areas well maintained with 2 bars a snack area and the beach right beside you. I really a few reviews saying the food was only warm and repetitive well I found the choice pretty good 3/4 cooking stations every meal time preparing fresh food as for it being warm please remember it’s a buffet. Staff were brilliant a mention to the life guard Dhali who took time to talk to us and gave us suggestions on things to do places to go but all staff were really engaging highly recommended we will return

Just returned from a lovely week at Diar El Andalous and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent – not too far from the airport and close to the port, which makes for a lovely evening stroll once the temperature cools down. Being right on the beach, the resort is perfectly suited to cater to everyone’s needs and interests. The rooms were wonderful. We travelled as a family of 13 and were all accommodated close together, including two interconnecting rooms. Everything was cleaned to perfection every day by Nila, who was always kind, friendly, and welcoming. The resort itself is beautiful and has everything you need, meaning there’s no real need to leave the complex if you don’t want to. However, I would definitely recommend exploring Tunisia as well. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The bar staff, especially Baba and Nabil, were great fun and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As did the restaurant staff, being a large family they were very accommodating making sure there was a table for us. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always lots of fresh options. Also in the snack bar for late breakfast or a lighter lunch. Doughnuts and pancakes were always a hit at 4pm!!! The entertainment team were outstanding – Rayen, Tito, Alex, Sam, and Mimi all deserve special recognition. They were energetic, engaging, and always smiling, making a real effort to involve both children and adults in the activities. From aqua gym, darts, bowls, and volleyball to the evening shows, there was always something fun happening. Their enthusiasm and friendliness truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Diar El Andalous for making our family holiday so memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort to others.

Well, what can I say. Hotels can copy everything you can find elsewhere. The one thing they can’t copy is the people they employ. It is the people who work here that puts it at a different level to other hotels. They are amazing. Can’t do enough for you. From reception, housekeeping, restaurant workers, bar staff….especially the bar waiters around the pools who constantly keep your drinks refilled, the lifeguards who take their time to help you find beds and parasols, and the incredible entertainment team who work all day and evening. They work their socks off and regularly come around to check on you, get to know you and end up feeling like family. And yes food is amazing, drinks perfect, sunbeds always available and comfortable. Hard Rock Cafe - had the best burger I have ever eaten. 15 mins walk away. Marina stunningly beautiful and worth the 30 minute walk….i am a slow walker. Freddy took us to the Medina which was really good and he is such a lovely man. We will 100% come back and can’t recommend it enough.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time it was our second time staying in this hotel we stayed two years ago and loved it then so decided too come back amazing atmosphere amazing food and amazing staff you feel so looked after and are always greeted with a smile want too say a big thankyou too all the staff that made our stay amazing Chakib at the beach looked after us all week absolutely amazing bloke and a credit too the hotel Sabri looked after us at evenings bringing us sweet cocktails and always smiling another amazing member of staff And lamia and tarek that looked after us in the restaurant were also amazing Shoutout too Freddy and alladin too Freddy took us too medina and had a good day their and alladin arranged our excursions big shoutout too all the animation team aswell all work really hard too make everyone’s stay fun. We have never stayed in a hotel with such amazing staff members we will definetly be coming back
