A wonderful hotel. The food is excellent - so much to choose from and try and plenty for people with a less adventurous palate. The staff from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Everyone was warm and approachable and HAPPY!! A special thank you to Mariem Ben Rouina who took time out to help educate us to the local tourist destinations and help us to plan trips with confidence. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Tunisia.

When we arrived the reception team were super helpful! The restaurant staff can’t do enough for you! There is one man that is slightly older who has the kindest heart! The food was lovely! Lots of variety. Coffee corner - Oussama (Sam) what can I say other than thank you! You made our holiday in so many ways! It wouldn’t have been the same without you! The whole team in there were amazing! Animation- Sysco, Tito and Amen were the ones we saw the most! Amen learnt a show in 2 days! He was brilliant! Sysco was so much fun and Tito made sure we took part! He was great. All 3 of them made us feel so welcome! The aqua gym was brilliant! So many laughs! The rest of the team were also brilliant! Pool staff - Kim was so helpful! He made sure we had everything we needed. Amin was also there whenever we needed anything. There were others but I don’t know the names. They couldn’t do enough for us! Grass man… so funny! You got us so many times! Tunisia has a piece of our hearts and this hotel and the staff are the reason! We will be back!

We stayed for a week, 19/09/26 to 26/09/26, Room 120. We had a great week, very relaxing. The hotel is lovely, the staff are even better. They can’t do enough for everyone. The cleaning lady, Nala, was amazing all week, very friendly. She was so organised with her job she had cleaned our room by the time we came back from breakfast to get ready for a day by the pool. The lifeguards by the pool were fabulous, they made sure I had enough shade, helped us with our towels and entertained us. Dali (Darling) was hilarious. The reception staff, guest relations, bar staff and restaurant staff (Michile and Moussa) were polite, helpful and always made sure that we had a table and remembered what we drank. It was our wedding anniversary and we celebrated with new friends we had met in the Italian restaurant, the staff made us an anniversary cake. It was delicious. The shop owners were helpful and friendly, polite at all times and didn’t pressure us to spend in their shops. When talking to other holiday makers we found out that they all had been there numerous times, after the week we had we can see why. We will definitely be going back. We’ve just returned from an absolutely incredible holiday, which I enjoyed with my Mum. We were simply looking for a relaxing week by the pool where we could read, unwind and enjoy some quality time together, just the two of us. We really couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for completely switching off and relaxing. For us, the biggest standout was without a doubt the staff. They are the hotel’s greatest asset, and they should be incredibly proud of the team they have. Everywhere we went — reception, the bars, restaurants, pool and beach — every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, kind, polite and genuinely happy to help whenever we asked for anything. There were so many lovely people that it’s impossible to mention everyone, but particular standouts for us were Tito and Emino from the animation team, who were brilliant, Tito a wonderful dancer, permanently smiling & Emino who brought so much energy and fun to the activities. In the restaurant, Lamia and Azoz were fantastic, and at the bars there were too many wonderful people to mention, although Oussama deserves a special mention and Ali who was serving us drinks straight to our sunlougers (yes we were that lazy)! The activities were great fun, largely because of the enthusiasm and energy of the animation team. They really made everything feel enjoyable without ever being too much. Alongside them at the Pool were a wonderful team of lifeguards- special mention to Hamouda & Darli. The food was another huge highlight. I honestly don’t think I’ve stayed in a hotel before where the food was consistently of such a high standard. There was a huge amount of choice, and everything felt fresh and carefully prepared. Even the desserts were excellent — something I often skip when travelling because they can be disappointing, but not here! We particularly loved the Tunisian specialities: the stews, couscous, beautifully herby salads, pilaf and other rice dishes. The fresh cooking stations were also fantastic, particularly the fresh fish and food cooked to order. You could really see the pride the staff took in what they were doing. There are a few areas where we think the hotel could be improved. In places, the hotel is looking a little tired and could really benefit from an overall refresh — even something as simple as some fresh paint. Some of the paths, particularly in the shadier areas, could also do with a good pressure wash or scrub, and some areas of the gardens felt a little under-planted. Our room was comfortable, but we felt the housekeeping could have been a little more consistent. It didn’t always seem that we had the same housekeeper, and the standard of cleaning varied from day to day. One little thing that would have been particularly useful for us was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. My mum’s eyesight isn’t great and, as this is a five-star hotel, she had expected there to be one. It would definitely be a useful addition — and, selfishly, it would have saved me from having to do her makeup for her every evening! We had a fridge in the room, but no drinks, we would have expected a fully stocked minibar in a five-star hotel. There was occasionally a slight drain smell around the toilets. Everything was clean when you actually went into the toilets, so we suspect this was more of a drainage issue, which can happen in warmer climates, but it was noticeable from time to time. Despite these relatively minor issues, we had a fantastic holiday. The warmth and friendliness of the staff, the fantastic food and the relaxed atmosphere made it exactly the kind of break we were looking for. Most importantly, my mum and I were able to completely switch off, relax and enjoy spending time together. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily return.

WOW WOW WOW what a great hotel rooms good and clean food is very good at all meals and the staff are so amazing and friendly Sonia at the main bar makes you feel at home can’t wait to return
