Beautiful hotel with staff that cannot do enough for you. Very polite, and extremely helpful. Entertainment is constant throughout the day with something for everyone. The cleaning was excellent too, our maid Zara was lovely and so friendly. Food was incredible every meal. No complaints at all.

We have had two holidays at the Kantaoui Bay hotel and we have had a magical experience both times. The hotel and grounds are stunning with comfortable rooms. The food is great with plenty of choice- I particularly enjoyed the desserts! Every meal time feels special. The whole atmosphere at this hotel is just beautiful. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. We must give a special thank you to Ismail for taking such care to look after us - we are so grateful. We also used the spa facilities which are stunning. If you are looking for a hotel where you can just completely relax, enjoy fabulous facilities, food and drink this is the perfect place. Complete R and R. The staff work to create this beautiful bubble where you can really just switch off and feel pampered. I hope we can return very soon !! ❤️

Best family holiday ever! We stayed here with our kids and honestly had the best family holiday ever. The service was amazing from start to finish. Omar made upgrading our room so easy, and Sameh, our waiter, always made sure we had everything we needed. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary during the holiday, and the staff made it really special. The head chef even managed to get us a last-minute table at the very popular Italian restaurant. A big thank you also to Ali, the photographer. He took over 550 photos and patiently went through every one with us, giving us his time and expert advice. We now have some amazing photos and memories to look back on. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels with big facilities, like Titanic hotels in turkey etc. The thing that made this hotel unique was its friendliness, the staff and general people are amazing. Always stop for a chat, always frienfly. Even though I am not a people person really, they still made time for you just being polite.
