Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay

Pools and garden nice. Restaurant massive let down. Flies walking all over the food and birds sitting on the ceiling lights in restaurant pooing. You eating your breakfast and flies keep sitting on your face and plate. Disgusting. Food warm never hot. Rooms nice and big but mould on shower door and around air con vent. Hotel is deffinitely not a 5 star. Would never come back.

We have just returned from our first visit to Tunisia and were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming, special mention to our cleaner for room 475 ,and Abdu our waiter on the beach who always made sure we had a drink and always had a smile on his face.Hamdi in the main buffet restaurant had our table ready with flowers and drinks every evening and was very pleasant. If I'm being picky then only thing that stopped me scoring a "perfect 5 "was the standard of alcohol and in particular spirits albeit we had noted this previously and my wife purchased a bottle of gin at Liverpool airport. The soft drinks are all branded and of a good standard. The food choice available was excellent and we also enjoyed our visit to the Italian restaurant. The infinity pool overlooking the wonderful beach is a lovely addition and offers a very relaxing experience. Well done everybody ,we shall return one day in the future. Room 475 had great views.

It was a lovely experience. I went with a group of over 30 ladies and the service was top-notch. Servers were always present and helpful, there was a lot of activities to do, and we didn't want to go home! The food was excellent, we had a conference room to ourselves and people on hand to attend to our needs as we met daily in that room. I had little issues with attention to detail by the staff cleaning my room, but besides that, it was generally great. When you get there, please ask for activities that can be done as we realised that we could access spa/thalassotherapy less than 48 hours before the group was to leave! It was a beautiful rush, and every single person who wanted to do something was booked and attended to! Gosh! It was too good! I should visit again!

I had a great experience staying at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The hotel was great! Lots of activities to do and areas to rest and take in the beautiful interior designs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was good with great options to select from. Overall really enjoyed staying here. The staff made the stay even more enjoyable. They were welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Yasmin who helped with setting us up with the various amenities that we would need during our stay, Zmourda who made sure our room was clean and replenished when needed and to the staff at the outside pool who kept the vibes high! Thank you all for an excellent experience.

Great hotel, wonderful facilities, food was amazing shout out to Ismail in the buffet restaurant for his waitering skills, lovely guy so friendly, also have to mention Taha the newbie in the lounge bar he was very refreshing, very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more, will definitely be back.
