One of the best hotels we have stayed Food at the buffet restaurant was simply amazing Special mention to Hamdi,Abdou and Anwar from the restaurant The Tunisian restaurant was also amazing One of the best lamb couccous I have ever had!!! Room was very neat and clean and housekeeping were so good in keeping it neat and tidy every day Swimming pools were great and the staff at the pool bar were tirelessly working non stop to offer u the best drinks Weather as usual as amazing Amazing and courteous staff Evening entertainer is a special mention Sitting out after 6pm outside rhe lounge bar was an experience to remember Outdoor beach activities were out of the world Parasailing 🪂 was my best ever experience Special Mention to Gehad and his team for the parasailing In a nutshell WE WILL DEFINETLY BE RETURNING BACK NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Just returned from another amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Although the hotel itself is absolutely stunning, the staff are what make us return year after year. We are always made to feel so special and greeted with a smile from morning till night. The animation team work tirelessly to make sure you have fun and enjoy your holiday. There is always something going on if you like to do activities, Zumba, line dancing, darts, water polo, and many other fun stuff. The animation team will encourage you to join in but are never pushy. They made our stay so memorable and the shows are amazing, considering they are working from 10 am it is impressive that they still have energy to dance/ entertain until late, they are fabulous! The bar staff make sure you always have a lovely drink and despite the hotel being busy , will remember your preferred drink and are always attentive. The cocktails before dinner were amazing and such a nice touch that they provide nibbles of cheese, olives and peanuts. You can watch the flamingos fly by at night while enjoying a cocktail or two. The hotel is spotless, the pools are big enough and we never struggled for a sunbed. The lifeguards look after you and bring you cushions, find you a spot etc, and they were really friendly. They are very attentive as well...a guy got into trouble in the pool and they were there in a flash to help him. The food is lovely , so much variety and a massive selection. My husband is vegetarian and the chefs made him some gorgeous fresh meals each day, the restaurant staff can't do enough for you. Monem looked after us so well, but all the staff in there are brilliant. We also visited the Italian restaurant and that was out of this world, the best steak I have ever tasted. Atef, Majid, Medali and all the team at the pool bar will look after you all day long, they are the best! The rooms are spacious and clean with comfy beds and the air con is good. I could go on... I have nothing negative at all to say about this hotel, it is so special, so much so that we have just cancelled our holiday to Egypt to return for our summer holiday. There are too many staff for me to mention by name but they are all amazing and a credit to the hotel. It's a little piece of paradise and we can't wait to return.

Family holiday My family and I have visited this hotel numerous times now and it never disappoints. Location - the hotel itself is on the beach with a nice breeze and lovely sand unlike some of the pebbled beaches you find in Europe. I didn’t venture outside the hotel as I believe there isn’t much around however my family have and it seems to be a safe area. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is around 30-40 mins after a short flight from north west England. Weather - May can be a bit hit and miss with the rain however we had mostly sunny days, the evenings can be a bit chilly so a jacket is advised. Apart from this, the temperature was in the 20s and felt hot in the day. The pool could be cold but is a nice temperature to cool off. Food - as a non-picky eater the food was fine for me! The Italian is also worth going (you will leave very full!). I would say allergies and vegetarian/ vegan options could be displayed more clearly. The beach BBQ wasn’t open this time which is usually a nice lunch experience. Drinks - I can’t say the drinks are better than hotels that serve branded drinks however there will be something for you to enjoy! The cocktail bar set up of an evening was a lovely touch. Staff - the staff are the backbone of this hotel; reception, cleaners, maids, bar staff, waiters, lifeguards, the list goes on. They don’t let you lift a finger, always so kind, helpful and want to make your stay enjoyable. Entertainment - there was plenty to do in the day. We tried darts, dancing, water polo and more. The night entertainment was also good, karaoke is always a fun night. If you want to relax and not join activities, the animation team don’t pressure you. I do advise you try some activities as they’re a lot of fun. The head animator also has great music taste for around the pool.. Overall another great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, welcoming, the rooms are a decent size with nice balconies. As I said, the staff really what make the holiday. With special mention to Atef, Med Ali, Monem, Mona, Fares, Rami, Mino, Bagheera and Fakher. Thank you for making our stay extra special.
