Lovely hotel. Animation team very friendly and work very hard, especially Simo.

We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, and the cleanliness was outstanding (special thanks to Moura for everything). The food was varied and catered to every taste. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Ibrahim from the main restaurant stood out for his excellent service, and everyone was always helpful and attentive. The entertainment team organized activities throughout the day and were friendly, energetic, and fun. The swimming pools were beautiful, and the pool bar staff made sure our glasses were never empty. :-) The beach has very soft and pleasant sand, and everything managed by the hotel was excellent. However, the sea was unfortunately quite dirty—not only because of seaweed, but also due to plastic waste, including many pieces of bags and small plastic debris. Hopefully, this will improve in the future. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations by far, and we had a fantastic stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout our visit. The food was delicious, especially the Tunisian dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our little one had a wonderful time at the Kids Club and loved all the activities available for children. A special thank you to Nina and Maya for making the experience so enjoyable. We also came away with some fantastic photos from the hotel and the beach thanks to photographer Ali, who was wonderful with our little one and truly worked his magic during the photo sessions. The room was spacious and comfortable, although it felt a little outdated. Overall, we had a great stay and would be happy to come back again in the future.

Hotel was lovely and very accommodating to dietary requirements. Animation team were really good and engaged with everyone, Simo was lovely and had could speak English very well. All other staff including Didi were all lovely and the holiday was amazing. Highly recommend

This hotel ***** is a lovely place where you can spend your holidays. We had the package all inclusive . Is situated near the beach. They have two pools outdoors and one inside . The staff are very friendly from the reception, restaurant , animation team and in special housekeeping . The food is very tasty and every day different. The room is very nice, they clean daily. I want to thanks in special to Naomi , she cleaning our room from the beginning until end of the holiday, she done a good job and very friendly as well. Public areas very nice and clean as well. The hotel is good value for the money . Definitely we will come back in the future.
