Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace

To be honest I only went there because many of the reviews and rating were very good, but I didn't really expect to have bad experience that very few people had. Firstly, the small fridge in the room wasn't working as I needed for my baby’s milk. Secondly the bathroom sink was a bit blocked drains very slowly told the room service many times for 2 days, it only got sorted when I told a very nice cleaner managed to get it sorted by getting a plumber and then the fridge problem a nice porter managed to get a portable electric cool box. It’s a 5-star hotel at you expect the hotel should be air condition everywhere when its 40 degrees outside no A.C in the Hallway, Lobby area and the Restaurant the only cool place is in your own room. Basically, hotel service is very poor, but the cleaners and the porters are so helpful they should be doing customer service role, won’t be going back there.

We had a fantastic stay at Iberostar Kuriat Palace and, overall, it was a holiday we’ll remember for all the right reasons. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our sea view room was stunning. It was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, and the view was worth every penny. The food deserves a special mention. We’ve stayed in many 5-star all inclusive hotels over the years, but this was, without question, the best food we’ve experienced. Every meal, from breakfast through to dinner, was outstanding. The quality, variety and flavour were consistently 10/10. The buffet restaurant staff were also excellent, always keeping tables spotless and making sure drinks were served promptly with a smile. Most of the staff truly made our holiday special. The bar staff, pool bar staff, beach staff, entertainment team, lobby staff, especially Mounir, and our room attendant Radia were exceptional. They greeted us every day with genuine smiles, remembered our children’s names, and made our whole family feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness and warmth are a real credit to the hotel. We also had a unique situation during our stay. We had booked this holiday together with family, but my wife’s sister and her husband accidentally booked Iberostar Selection Diar El Andalous, another Iberostar hotel around 35 minutes away. We asked Guest Relations if they could visit us for half a day because it was an honest booking mistake. Unfortunately, we were told this wasn’t possible as the hotel was “full” and couldn’t accommodate two additional guests. However, when our family spoke to the Guest Relations team at Iberostar Selection Diar El Andalous, they immediately said it wasn’t a problem because we were all staying within the Iberostar group. They welcomed us for half a day and even included dinner. After their Guest Relations team contacted our hotel, our hotel eventually agreed to allow the visit. We appreciated that it was resolved in the end, but it would have been nice if our hotel had shown the same flexibility and understanding from the beginning. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of our experience with the reception staff, particularly one member of staff called Fayed. Sadly, he was consistently rude, never smiled, and made us feel as though we weren’t welcome. Whenever we paid by card, he would try to charge a higher amount and would pull a face when we questioned it, which felt unprofessional. We also experienced an issue when exchanging money at reception. On several occasions we were given a few dinars less than we should have received because staff claimed they didn’t have the correct change. After it happened more than once, including with different reception staff, it became frustrating. It may only be a small amount, but guests shouldn’t be expected to lose money because the reception doesn’t have the correct change. It’s a real shame because everything else about the hotel was outstanding. If the reception team provided the same level of customer service as the rest of the staff, this would easily have been a 5-star experience. We would definitely recommend Iberostar Kuriat Palace for its beautiful rooms, incredible food and the amazing staff who work so hard to make guests feel at home. Good holiday with lots of friendly staff. Overall the beat part were the staff very friendly and helpful. Chef and waiters were always ready help and make something for us - being vegetarian. Beach was beautiful sandy and lovely water. Pools were good with lots of entertainment for kids and adults Room was good size although a good walk away from the main reception area. Price was ver good for the time and weather. Amenities in the room were ok but not 5 star. We also had for a few night lots of ants which the staff helped to remove - they came due to the bins not being emptied and attracted to the banana skin :/

Great week at the Iberastar Kuriat Monastir Fabulous staff and service. Great activities can be organised from the hotel. We have visited Monastirwith a lovely taxi organised by the hotel - the driver dropped off off exactly maiming beforehand where to go. He was a former Club Med Guide. Highly recommended and not expensive. We used the hotel drag along donuts - the chap on the beach is not pushy and very friendly. Paragliding is also on offer. My sister in law has used the Spa very competitive price and very good service. We have used done the Quad excursion organised with Imed. Amazing Quad biking morning - was worth the money and highly recommended. It is a 40 minute drive by bus to an olive tree farm, was absolutely amazing ! The Henna tattoo chap is also very friendly and amazing tattoos. The buffet in the hotel is top notch for the Iberostar !

5 Stars! An incredible experience at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace. From the location and atmosphere to the outstanding hospitality, everything was top-notch. The staff operate on a "nothing is too big a deal" mindset, which made us feel so pampered. As a bonus, the food variety was excellent, offering plenty of delicious options for my vegetarian husband. Extra appreciation to Kenny in entertainment—it felt like I've known you for years! Your smile brings so much joy, and I loved helping you record your Aqua Zumba videos. Shout-out to Astma in the spa for giving me the literal best massage of my life (I went back twice!), and Naceur in the restaurant for making our dining experience so pleasant with his kindness. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back!
