Excellent holiday – fantastic service and amazing weather! We had an excellent holiday, with amazing weather throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly without ever being overbearing. A special mention has to go to Mahmoud in the restaurant. My wife requires gluten-free food, and Mahmoud went above and beyond to make sure she was well looked after. Every morning he would check in with her and ask if she wanted gluten-free pancakes, and at every meal he would appear with a selection of gluten-free desserts. His attention to detail and genuine care really made a difference and was very much appreciated. Fatoum, the waitress who looked after us in the restaurant, also provided brilliant service throughout our stay. She was friendly, attentive and always made us feel very welcome. Another big thank you to Ali, who was constantly bringing drinks around the pool area. He worked incredibly hard all day and still managed to provide amazing service with a smile. He really deserves recognition for his effort. Moetaz, who looked after us in the lobby bar in the evenings, also deserves a special mention. He kept us topped up with amazing drinks and snacks throughout the evening and always made sure we had a great spot to sit. His attention to detail and friendly service made our evenings even more enjoyable, and he always went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. The food was really good and tasty, with the vast majority of dishes clearly labelled with allergens. On the occasions when something wasn't labelled, it was easy enough to ask a member of staff and they would quickly check for us, which gave us great peace of mind. The beach is literally just steps away from the pool area and was absolutely spotless. It was lovely having such easy access to the beach while still being able to enjoy the pool and resort facilities. We also managed to arrange a late checkout until 5pm for just £32, which was fantastic and made the final day much more relaxed. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and were extremely impressed with the service, food, cleanliness and attention to detail. A huge thank you to all the staff, especially Mahmoud, Fatoum, Ali and Moetaz, for helping make our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

An hour transfer is top of my travel time, with 10 people ranging from 1-71! Multigenerational family group. From landing in Tunisia, to arrival at hotel was 3 hours. The airport took an hour, with a lot of time taken waiting for the pushchair. Was put on at gate but they were last things out. Glad our child could walk! Then the “hour” on website and quoted by the rep who popped onboard became almost 2 with no obvious reason. Arrived in hotel and ushered quickly for food as dinner finishes at 9:30. . Allocated rooms, 3 x couples and a family of 2 adults, baby in cot ( which was requested before we left UK) and 3 year old in a bed. Told all rooms same, they were not as one didn’t even have a spare bed. Then took upwards of an hour for cot to be delivered which meant no one could get to sleep until it arrived. First day , down for breakfast, plenty of high chairs and spacious, we could easily sit together if we wanted to. Plenty of choice but bowls and spoons were often hard to come by. Out to pool, we spent our time by slides pool, slides were on 10-12 and 3-5 which suited us. Plenty of activities such as aqua aerobic and water polo, the snack bar although limited served lovely chips, waffles and ice creams. Staff always coming round offering drinks. Quick heads up though, the kids slide pool has a bucket which fills over about 5 min, once it’s full it cascades down, funny to watch but abut of a shock first time. Entertainment most nights, including mini disco which the kids loved! Only problem was mosquitos which seemed to love us. Nothing worked so we would retreat inside before sunset which is a shame but necessary. Rooms were ok, I would have preferred the air con to be cooler, under a sheet only and far too warm. Kick sheet off and wake to find numerous extra bites! Beach, which it’s on, was nice, very shallow so if you want to swim it’s a long walk, but nice for kids as minimal waves. We did see fishes even in very shallow water, but also a few jellyfish Staff all seemed friendly, with a hello as a minimal. You can eat in speciality restaurant once per stay which was really nice, catered for kids as well and the wine was so much better. Found the drinks lacking, cocktails were good but I prefer white wine or fizz, which wasn’t the best, pop served by bottle at meals which made life easier. We were very lucky with weather, one quick, heavy shower in 10 nights Meal times could be difficult as dinner, which is advertised til 9:30, sometimes stopped just after 9
