Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace

Took my partner for his bday for a few nights. Travel alot and have never had the service we had here anywhere else. They couldn’t do anymore for you. Every member of staff was amazing. The hotel stunning and food was delightful. Can’t fault this place. We will be back we had the best time

Our stay at Iberostar Kuriat Palace was unfortunately very disappointing and far below what we expected based on the positive reviews we had read beforehand. On arrival, we were given a ground floor room despite booking and paying for a sea view upper floor room, and we had to wait around three hours before being moved. When we finally entered the room, it was still not clean, and shortly after a cleaner came in and told us the room was not ready, causing another delay. Even after this, the room cleanliness was still unacceptable, and staff seemed very uninterested when we raised concerns. The balcony door was also broken and would not close properly; after reporting it, we were told there were no other rooms available, so me and my wife had to block the door ourselves using furniture. The balcony was also heavily infested with flies and mosquitoes, making it unpleasant to use. Throughout the stay, housekeeping standards were poor, with bedding not being properly changed and basic cleaning such as the toilet and mirrors being missed until we complained again. The room phone also did not work, and although we informed reception, nobody came to fix it. We also attempted to order drinks through reception, but nothing ever arrived. It honestly felt like service depended heavily on tipping staff, and although I tipped several employees during the holiday, the service still remained poor. Me and my wife were genuinely surprised and disappointed by the overall experience considering the good reputation and reviews this hotel has online. Stay away from room 405 Dont let them give you that room Or along that floor 397 to 405 That being said, the food was nice and we really enjoyed the excursions during our holiday. Despite the issues with the hotel and service, me and my wife still managed to have a good time together. It was just disappointing that the hotel staff let the experience down so much.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Iberostar Selction Kuriat Palace and honestly could not fault a thing. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special. The room attendants kept everything spotless and were so friendly every day, while the entertainment team brought such fantastic energy and made every activity fun and memorable. The food was absolutely brilliant, outstanding quality with so much variety at every restaurant, and the drinks were just as impressive. Everything felt fresh, premium, and beautifully presented. The beach is without doubt one of the best we’ve ever been, stunning white sand, crystal-clear water, and always kept immaculate. It truly felt like paradise. Thank you to the entire team for such incredible service and hospitality. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband Gary & I stayed here in march 26. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we received excellent service. We stayed in a sea view suite and our room was excellent and well maintained by cleaning staff. The food and drinks selection were excellent. Every member of staff always smiling and wanting to attend to you, nothing was a problem. To name a few who made our holiday:- Achref,Thameur,Mohamed,Zizo,Luka & Kenny. Sofiane who looked after us at the star prestige area, every day and Silem in the bar area in the evening, who went above and beyond with his service. Sorry if I have missed anyone, you all deserve a medal. (Sorry if spelling not correct). We hope to return again.

We booked this place in Tunisia from which we have just returned and from start to finish our experience was amazing. First the very good bits. The is a very large self contained refurbished property with all amenities you need. The staff are exceptional across all areas and treat you with courtesy, politeness and kindness. They attend to your every need. The property is nice, well maintained and very clean. It has a very large clean beautiful strip of the beach within the hotel perimeter. Above all - this place has some of the best food I have had in an all inclusive resort and catered for my wife who is vegeterian by 'customising' her meals daily. The down side for some will be that it is very close to Monastir Airport and morning periods, some may find a little noisy. This was not an issue for us. The resort is little further away from the main centre so transport is via taxis which are plentiful out the main resort gate. My thanks to all the staff who made this a very enjoyable holiday. We will return again soon
