Top service and atmosfera with Aziz from the restaurant that let us feel a unique journey that for sure we will come back again. Also a big thanks to sam from equipe Animation and also maitre adien for be so charme and take take of each detail.

My goodness where to start came to this hotel for our anniversary and it was holiday to remember it was amazing, relaxing, filled with laughter and fantastic people. The atmosphere and views was breathtaking. Everything you could need was in the resort it had entertainment, shops, park, kids club, games room, snack bars, pool bar, restaurants, drinks bar, a beautiful beach and an abundance of pools for all ages. The staff were so lovely and helpful always went out of there way for you. We fell in love with this hotel and the staff. I have to name a few of the staff who were so lovely and always made sure we was taken care of be it in the restaurant or in the bar. You have the beautiful rim and nya two wonderful ladies who never let us go thirsty and were so pleasant and polite always had a smile and a conversation and worked extremely hard. There was also deb in the bar by day who always called you friend and was always polite ye made sure you had fresh drinks. The there was nahman(ben) in the restaurant who always had us a table ready and as soon as he seen us come in for food he had our drinks on the table by the time we sat down he even decorated it beautifully for our anniversary last day. He was a laugh always so intentive and took interest in my book lol.a couple of other waiters who I can't remember their names was also polite and fun. The food was always hot and there was plenty of it absolutely delicious. A bit of a negative the grilled chicken let it down because it wasn't cooked properly it was still raw in the middle. The room was wonderful and comfortable always clean and kept topped up with water and fresh towels. The views were fantastic loved sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the world go by before we went to bed and in the morning with a brew. The negatives we have is the the pool lifeguard staff was quite rude I asked them for help but they refused and told me to go over there but when some young slim girls asked for help they couldn't do enough for them. The entertainment staff never really interacted with us either till it came to review day. But overall the holiday was fantastic a few little things didn't spoil it for us thanks to everyone else who was polite, helpfull, a barrel of laughs and made it exceptionally wonderful I can't wait to go back next year all booked already and counting down the days. Thank you everyone for making it so memorable, relaxing and exceptionally friendly.

I hate leaving reviews of less than 4 stars, but in this instance I feel I cannot justify more. That's not to say I didn't have a great time or regret booking this, and I understand that 5 star in Tunisia is not at the same level as 5 star in Turkey or UAE, but even so... Firstly the good bits and there are plenty: The room was nice, cleaned to a high standard and had everything we needed from a mini fridge to hair dryer and decent TV. No complaints. Even our city view was interesting to look over. The air con in the room was spot on too. The pool was also lovely - decent sized, although the hotel could do with more to manage sunbeds - by 8am you are going to be struggling if you don't have one. The staff are all amazing. However, it's not all great - it's not a massive hotel, but 4 small lifts is not enough, especially when 1-2 of them were out of order. We were on the 5th floor, and getting to the top floor was at times a genuine challenge. Air con - in the room good, main bar was passable, but elsewhere was almost non-existent. The only place to cool off is in your room. It's literally sweltering everywhere - walking inside from the hot Tunisian sunshine feels almost no difference. Never been in a hotel like it before. Food - biggest gripe. Was on the whole pretty poor. Highlights were the eggs at breakfast, the soup and the Italian al-a-carte was nice (but was even hotter than the rest of hotel and ruined the experience). Location-wise it's good - it's the sweet spot between touristy and authentic - well worth being 90mims from the airpot. I loved Tunisia and the Tunisian people, but this hotel was too flawed in my opinion.
