Just got back from this holiday with my partner and we had the best time! We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel staff are super friendly! The reps are full of energy, very entertaining, helpful and make you feel really welcome! Their was a wide range of food to choose from, a lot of activities to choose from without feeling pressured and a great price! Rooms were a really decent size with a lovely balcony whether it was a pool view or just a view of the city and to see a beautiful sunset, and they were cleaned every day. The pool and beach was beautiful. They have an onsite photographer that took some amazing pictures of me and my partner on the beach in the eveing with the sunset, and again, the price for neary 100 photos was very reasonable! 10/10 holiday. Can't give enough praise to the reps and the staff! Super friendly! Will definitely return!

Disappointing Stay: Beautiful Hotel, but Definitely NOT 5-Star Quality I recently stayed at this resort expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell incredibly short. While the property itself is beautiful, the lack of management, false advertising, and outdated facilities completely spoiled my stay The Bad & The Frustrating: * **False Advertising:** The hotel website heavily advertises the "Nuba Beach" restaurant, but it wasn't even open during my stay. It’s incredibly misleading to promote amenities that guests can't actually use. * **The "Sun Lounger" Nightmare:** The pool area is a free-for-all. Guests reserve sun loungers and cabanas early in the morning and then leave them empty for the entire day. When I complained to reception, I was told reservations weren't allowed, yet management did absolutely nothing to enforce this or implement a system to free up unused beds. * **Subpar Food & Drinks:** While the main buffet was decent, the food in the themed specialty restaurant was complete rubbish. Furthermore, the drinks selection was incredibly limited with very little variety for a resort of this supposed caliber. * **Outdated Rooms:** We stayed in a suite, and it was a massive disappointment. The decor and fixtures are severely outdated—definitely not what you expect when paying for 5-star luxury. 🌟 The Only Saving Graces: To be fair, the hardworking staff on the ground deserve credit: * **Entertainment & Animation:** Absolutely superb. The team works extremely hard and does a fantastic job interacting with guests. * **Shisha Lounge:** An amazing experience with very attentive and welcoming staff. * **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping did an excellent job; the hotel overall is kept very clean. A beautiful building and hard-working entertainment staff cannot mask poor management, misleading marketing, and outdated rooms. This hotel desperately needs improvement and management intervention. As it stands right now, **this is absolutely not a 5-star resort.** I would not return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. Every member of staff was extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The staff serving food were especially welcoming, always smiling and creating a lovely atmosphere during meal times. There was an excellent variety of food, beautifully displayed and very appetising, with beverages regularly offered throughout meals. It was also very positive to see senior members of staff present, observing and assisting during busy meal times. A special mention goes to the hardworking Entertainment Team, who made a great effort to involve guests in all activities and ensured everyone had fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Zumba, and Salsa sessions, which added so much enjoyment to our stay. The hotel facilities were amazing, and the entire place was always very clean and smelt fresh. All of the bar staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One area that could be improved would be providing pool and beach towels without the hassle of paying a deposit. We also appreciate the hotel’s efforts to reduce paper usage; however, the daily activity programme displayed on screens changed too quickly, making it difficult to read the information at a glance. Overall, we had lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

had such an amazing stay at this hotel, definitely one of the most memorable holidays i’ve had. the entertainment team were incredible and made every day so much fun, especially nina who was absolutely fantastic and always brought so much energy and a welcoming smile. can’t wait to come back.

Me and my Mum stayed at the hotel for a week in May. The main thing that really stood out to me is the level of customer service. I have never experienced such warm, friendly and attentive service. Every single member of staff from the moment you walk in will do anything and everything to ensure you are having the best experience. A special shoutout to the entertainment team, you can tell they work so hard - chatting to every single guest. They are so great at getting people involved and making you feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful especially the pool area - they have lots of activities, getting all ages involved for example - archery, Zumba, dancing, darts. There is an ice cream bar, snack bar, pool bar - they will also bring drinks to you round the pool. You can easily spend a week here with no need to leave the hotel.
