Le Sultan

A lovely hotel with friendly staff , went with my son for his first trip abroad . We enjoyed the facilities playing tennis , table tennis , archery , mini golf and the indoor swimming pool and I used the gym everyday . We would have done paddle tennis as well but that was chargeable which was strange as the courts were never used , even a deposit for the paddle rackets would have been acceptable . The room was good , although we did encounter an issue with ants on the first night , but I sorted this at the time without the need to let anyone know . Food was ok , I’m a fussy eater but I found enough to eat for lunch and dinner . Breakfast was a little disappointing the sautéed potatoes were always cold , although I did have an omelette cooked for me every morning and I loved the rice pudding option . My son ended up not going down to breakfast the last few days as there wasn’t really any hot options he liked . I stayed in room 239 which overlooked the sea , views were amazing particularly at night . Special mentions to the lovely man who cleaned our room every day , and the entertainments man who taught us archery , the two waiters who knew out r drinks every sitting and the chef who did my omelettes . I enjoyed the entertainment although we missed the magic show as it was advertised on the wrong day . Lovely staff , good location , I jogged into Hammamet which is around 2 miles and enjoyed doing the haggling and met some lovely people . The carpet making shop in particular was fascinating. So I gave it only 4 stars due to the disappointing hot breakfast selection and the ants but otherwise a great hotel and a brilliant experience for myself and my son

Beautiful hotel,i spend a nice vacation with all the team first i start by mouna (mini club) a lovely person ,good contact with children then the waiters they do a good job.

I came several times to sultan hotel its an exlelent place right by the sea beautiful spot with great staff entertainmnt is great especially the karaoke night was great atmosphere with different nationalities joining in for the singing . I advise people from all over to come visit this venue.

Great experience all around! Definitely recommend the breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet! Great view of the beach that you can see from the lobby and across the entire back yard lounge / pool area. Excellent staff that were very accommodating and friendly. The spa is absolutely phenomenal with an upscale feel. Heated pool was amazing since it was a bit chilly to swim outside yet. Free filtered water delivered to the room daily. Free WiFi that works well, large bar area with entertainment show, live music during some of the buffet dinners, live pianist in the lobby and even included a gift shop for all your last minute needs.

The staff at the restaurant was awesome. Looked after us a lot and took care of all our needs. We were 22 of us and they accommodated us very well
