Le Sultan

We stayed at Hotel Sultan Hammamet and had a wonderful experience, especially for children 👨‍👩‍👧 What we appreciated the most was the Kids Club. It is very well organized and managed by a dedicated team, led by a highly professional Kids Club manager who is very attentive to the children and ensures their comfort and happiness. The club offers a variety of fun activities, including indoor ones such as drawing, group games, and creative workshops, as well as outdoor activities like open-air games and swimming under careful supervision. What is most reassuring is the high level of safety, with continuous monitoring and strict respect for safety measures, allowing parents to feel completely at ease. A great experience that I highly recommend for families looking for relaxation and entertainment for their children 🌟

Regular guests at Hotel Sultan Hammamet (at least twice a year), and I’m leaving tomorrow truly disappointed. Zero organization. At the Pirate restaurant: staff completely lost (no idea about the kids’ menu, no wine list), 1 hour to serve my daughter, and after 1h30… still nothing for me. Unacceptable. We were actually planning to extend our stay, but this experience ruined it. Renovating rooms is not enough when service is collapsing. Thankfully, a few long-time staff still try their best, and the kids club survives thanks to Mouna. This hotel is no longer on my recommendation list.

A truly wonderful stay at Sultan Hotel. Starting with the kids’ club, which was absolutely amazing, offering a variety of fun and engaging activities that kept the children very happy, with the kids’ club manager taking care of them with great kindness and professionalism. As for the food, it was varied and delicious, with options to suit all tastes and high-quality presentation. The animation team was energetic and creative, adding a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day, making the stay even more pleasant. Regarding the cleanliness of the hotel, its overall appearance, and the rooms, everything was excellent—well-organized and very clean, reflecting great attention to guests’ comfort. Overall, it was an experience worth repeating. Many thanks to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service.

I had a wonderful two week stay at El Sultan. The resort is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The food is fantastic, many choices and gorgeous presentation. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. In the restaurant Salah stands out for his attentiveness and kindness. Nightly entertainment is a lot of fun but the musician Fares Amouri stands out for me. He played guitar (super sound) and sang (great voice) in several languages and was a real crowd pleaser. I enjoyed a couple of great conversations with him too.

The reception was very welcoming and professional, leaving a great first impression. The food was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes, with excellent quality in presentation. The overall view of the hotel is beautiful, especially the sea view, which adds a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The kids’ club was one of the highlights, offering fun and diverse activities under the supervision of the club manager, who is very kind and attentive with children, making their experience truly joyful. The animation team is energetic and creative, creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere throughout the day. The beach is also clean and beautiful, adding even more to the overall experience.
