Le Sultan

I must say, Le Sultan is the best Tunisian hotel I have been to - and I've been to several! I know staff are good in many hotels, but the ones here go over and above, ranging fully from Sales, Cleaning Ladies, Reception, Entertainment Team, Bar Staff, Lifeguards and Restaurant Crew. A lot of the staff remember me by name, knew my drink and food choices after day one and, being a solo traveller, I never felt alone or lonely, however they also were aware and respected my need for occasional privacy. The food is great, varied and, unusually, they have a vegetarian area as well as a vegan section. You never have to wait as food is replenished immediately. The views are to die for, they have horse riding on site and a play area separately for children, entertainment throughout the day and evening that you can join if you want, but no pressure. The ladies in the massage rooms do not clock watch and find your issues and deal with them sympathetically and professionally. Any issues are dealt with immediately and nothing is ever to much. From the bottom of my heart, I thank Le Sultan for not just getting it right but exceeding my expectations.

A memorable stay in Hotel Le Sultan. Excellent and friendly service, a wide range of tasty food, good facilities and the animation team were fun but not intrusive. It was first holiday for 6 month old baby and the staff were delightful with him in particular. One member of staff came back the next day with one of the few things he could eat (and they did not serve) which was one of a few examples of how we were made to feel very well cared for. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely 5 days with my 9 year old grandson. He loved it and overall we had a great time. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, particularly the lady on reception who welcomed us by name with a huge smile and also Sof & Samir at the pool bar. Rooms were nice and modern although we had to move (after I unpacked) as tv didn’t work and I got locked in the bathroom as the lock was broken! Great shower with good water pressure and nice toiletries. Animation team are good, encouraging everyone to join in but no pressure. Food was varied and well presented. It was Eid during our visit so it was extremely busy. We couldn’t find a table in the evening!! We stayed 5 nights and we were told we couldn’t use the à la carte restaurant as you need to stay for 7 nights. This was disappointing after I paid £2k for the 5 night holiday! Always beds available around the pool and on the beach. Things to bear in mind:- There are birds flying in and out of the dining room which didn’t feel very hygienic. Perhaps some kind of chain curtain in the door would work? Aircon in room was poor. WiFi reception not great around the pool. If you have kids, the main pool is deep even at the shallow end and the kids pool is more of a splash pool. So it’s tricky for non swimmers. The sea feels safer with kids.

Wonderful Experience at Hotel Sultan My children had an amazing time during our stay thanks to the fantastic Kids Club, which offers a wide variety of fun and engaging activities for children of all ages. Among their favorite activities were the Treasure Hunt, which brought excitement and adventure, and the Chocolate Party, which was full of joy and laughter. They also loved building sandcastles on the beach, where they could express their creativity and imagination. Inside the Kids Club, there were many enjoyable and educational activities such as arts and crafts, handicrafts, drawing, coloring, and group games, all of which helped develop their skills while keeping them entertained throughout the day. A special thank you to Mona, the Kids Club Manager, and her team for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the children. Great location in front of beach, very beautiful! The atmosphere was family freindly orientated and that was fine. The room was big with a big bathroom and aircon. This is a vale for money hotel, very decent. the hotel was very clean along with thew room i stayed in. There were always staff cleaning, wiping down etc.The noise level from my room 280 was a bit dissapointing as I could hear outside staff late in the evening and early the morning doing their thing but it didnt stop me from sleeping. So noise level wasnt that bad. The wifi in the room was very very poor along with the reception and passages. I could not connect no matter what we tried. The room did not have a tv or a mini fridge. I think a mini fridge would be helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
