My friend and i had a short 4 night break for some winter sun. The hotel is lovely but what makes it are the staff. The food is amazing, the spa is fabulous and the bar areas. There are so many amazing staff to mention but special thanks to Sofian who was always there with a smile and an amazing Margarita :) Im looking to go back very soon - thanks again everyone! xx

Oct 05 to Oct 19 Nice place to relax for holiday good service from staff

I had a fantastic stay at Le Sultan Hotel in Hammamet! The hotel has excellent facilities, a lovely atmosphere and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The food deserves special praise. There was a great variety of delicious dishes, beautifully prepared and presented. You can really appreciate the effort that goes into the quality of the food. The restaurant staff were also friendly and attentive, making every meal a pleasure. The bar staff were equally fantastic. A special thank you to Firas at Le Calife bar and Ala at the pool bar (if I remember his name correctly!). They were always friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and taking the time to exchange a few words with guests. Their approachable attitude helped create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The entertainment team also deserves recognition, especially Ziko. He has a natural talent for connecting with people and making guests feel welcome. You could see how much people liked him and enjoyed his company. His language skills and natural charisma make him a real asset to the hotel. People skills like these cannot simply be taught! As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated how welcome and comfortable I felt throughout my stay. I never felt out of place or awkward travelling alone, and the friendly atmosphere made it easy to relax, socialise and enjoy my holiday. Overall, Le Sultan is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday, with excellent food, great facilities and a team that makes guests feel at home. Thank you to everyone who contributed to such a memorable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return! ❤️
