Lella Baya & Thalasso

Hotel is in a great location by the beach but unfortunately hotel grounds are not very well kept, the weather hasn’t been great this week but when the sun does come out there is no option to swim in the pools as the main pool is half empty and very dirty and the kids pool is completely empty. Outside bar is completely out of use. Food is ok but no options for kids other than pizza and some chips that they cook a handful at a time and you have to queue for a long time. Also beware of the freshly cooked meat/chicken as a few times it has been raw inside. Pastries left out and very dry. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was kept very clean. I’m not sure if perhaps we came at a bad time because it’s Ramadan. The beach directly by the hotel is quite dirty with lots of rubbish around which is a shame. The massages at the spa are very good, highly recommend. Overall I would not say this is a 4 star.

This hotel I would rate between 1-2 star, definitely not a 4 star. The food is disgusting and always cold. All the staff except for the animation team are miserable. There is only one barman at the bar and the queue stretches back to the reception. They allow smoking indoors ( all areas). The gym is payable and not included in the all inclusive. Take your own pool towels It’s literally like stepping back into a package holiday from 30 years ago, nothing has moved on. The last hygiene certificate for the restaurant was from 2019. The only good part of this holiday was coming home and even then beware….. Departures has only one eatery open €5 for a small coke €4 for a bottle of water €12 for a sandwich Complete rip off Photos attached

Had a great week at the hotel. Animation team were fantastic especially Mino and Mallik and the team. They made the holiday brilliant.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and all the staff were great especially Fares, Salim, Rhida, Ramsey, Mohamed on reception and Sami and the henna lady and massage staff and also the animation staff were great . Quad bike experience was great and definitely worth doing. Also the food and the waiters were very good also. The rooms were lovely with a great view and the hotel is in a great location. The atmosphere was lovely and we met some great people. We will definitely be coming back again.

Best trip ever. Ridah on the quads is next level! Very helpful man, very safe and such a good experience
