Honestly the hotel looks very unique and the rooms are spacious and fine apart from all the pillows need replacing they are terrible. The pool area is nice but that’s where it ends. I specifically said I wanted a quiet room and they gave me a room facing the pool which until MIDNIGHT they play unreasonably loud music that echos all around the hotel. The entertainment isn’t inside as it should be it’s all out by the pool, pair that with paper thin glass and good luck getting sleep! I had early experiences booked but where ruined by complete lack of sleep. The food is meh it’s repeated so much that by day 2 I wasn’t even eating any more.

Our First Family Holiday , and it was the best first holiday experience .From the time we got there to the time we left we have throughly been treated exceptionally well. The hotel is stunning, the room was spacious and had a beautiful view over looking the pool and beach . The serving staff were amazing and couldn’t fault them . The Animation Team absolutely fantastic Sadok Ramos Pablo Sara and the rest of the animation team made the experience fantastic. Their enthusiasm, energy and just amazing bubbly personalities made everyday fantastic. The food weren’t to bad I’m not a fussy eater so didn’t mind trying anything but my two teens did struggle . Great overall experience.

The hotel itself is stylish, featuring a lovely Eastern Mediterranean vibe with many great qualities. The pool area is a good size with plenty of loungers. Because we visited out of season, it wasn't too busy, but I can imagine there would be significant queuing during peak season. While the food quality was fair, there was a limited choice for young, picky children. It's great for local dishes, but kids might struggle. Pros: • Friendly staff: Everyone we encountered was welcoming. • Great rooms: The rooms are a good size and cleaned daily. • Excellent spa: The spa was a fantastic experience—great staff and excellent value for money. • Pool area: Spacious and well-maintained. Cons: • Understaffed bars: The bar staff seemed heavily overworked. At one point, there were only 2 staff members serving over 700 guests, leading to long waiting times. • Disruptive building works: There were major construction works happening at the front and back of the property that we were not warned about. When we questioned management, they claimed it was "public works," which was clearly untrue as the construction was well within the hotel grounds.
