Having spent 8 nights here can't fault the hotel, location was an amazing place to stay. Friendly staff, clean welcoming hotel great surroundings outdoor pool gardens and walk way down to the beach across the road. Good there was always a great choice of meat, fish veg and salads. Puddings cake ice cream fruit. We also had the chance to attend the new year's eve gala meal which was a great experience with 7 different course of foods. The rooms where clean and had a kettle and mini fridge to keep things in There where many trips to take advantage of horse and cart Quad bikes Camel rides Trip to Tunis the capital well worth nearby shops Medina's

Just back from this all-inclusive resort as I normally don’t do Christmas in UK. The whole time spent here was fabulous and the hotel itself is a standout design. Grand Castle like structure with medina type walkways, and every day was clean. Beaches were amazing by the sea, but please don’t expect immaculately manicured by machinery for tourists…. The sand is as nature intended 12 miles of what we decided to walk. Outside pool was large and empty but used by myself, it was 17 degrees outside. Indoor pool was salt water, first experience 😀 Gymnasium was however not very good for this type of resort and you had to pay for its use. Food was always good quality, only fast food available was maybe the freshly made pizzas, crepes or omelettes….self serve but waiters cleaned up empty plates quickly and served drinks upon request. Prices are displayed for drinks that are not included to avoid embarrassment. A great highlight was the Christmas Eve 7 course banquet that an employee led us to as we had not booked. This was table service on the mezzanine floor reserved mainly for hire. I just hope the hotel replies with the Christmas Eve menu so I can tell my friends what we had.

The entertainment was absolutely fantastic. The animators were welcoming and well-mannered. the hotel was luxurious with a traditional feel.
