Very disappointed with this hotel, especially considering it’s marketed as a 4-star all-inclusive property. We found ants in our room — both under the fridge and on our bed, which was pretty unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The staff were unfriendly throughout our stay, and we noticed they consistently gave priority to local guests when taking orders and were noticeably friendlier towards them compared to other guests, which didn’t help matters. The pool bar area had a persistent smell of urine. Also, the heat was a real issue throughout the hotel — the restaurant, the bar, and even the huge entrance lobby were all uncomfortably hot, to the point of sweating just sitting there. The only cool place in the entire hotel was our bedroom. On top of that, the restaurant had an unpleasant odor, and the buffet itself was quite small and underwhelming for a 4-star all-inclusive. The afternoon snack options were minimal — just a small sandwich with cheese or a piece of cake. On top of that, the fitness room wasn’t even included, costing an extra €6 to use. Finally, there were outdoor performances some evenings with extremely loud music going until 11 PM, making it impossible for guests who like to sleep early to fall asleep before then. Overall, this stay fell well short of what you’d expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.

Lella baya, thank you and our stay with you was awesome. My first time travelling to Tunisia and my first holiday abroad for my kids. This is a genuine review and the main reason I post this, is before I travelled I read TripAdvisor alot and some of the posts worried me. The hotel isn't perfect but don't come on here and leave a 2 rating because you saw an ant in your room, or you wanted a spoon and there wasn't one. Stop being a Karen and enjoy yourself. The hotel is beautiful, the reception and the design is just awesome. I walked in from outside and it was abit of a wow moment. It looked quite grand. The staff are amazing. I do have some staff mentions because they made us feel so welcome from day 1. I kept getting his name wrong, sassi/sissa - first day he sorted our sunbeds and made all of us so welcome. Every morning our sunbeds were ready for us. he even kept giving me tanning tips so I didnt get burnt 😂. i did tip the staff and yes I understand tips go along way but I read on here about rude staff and I can honestly say I didn't see any of that. My 2nd mention goes to the lads behind the pool bar. Smiley, happy and made us feel very welcome. They did tell me their names but they were tough to remember. So my kids called them mario and Luigi. One was short and the other tall. They were great. Im not sure of the gentlemans name in the restaurant but we saw him a few times and helped us get our table and drinks. After a few days he said " tomorrow, I make you a special table" he had it made up and our drinks were already on the table. It was a very nice touch. My last mention is the animation team. We didnt take part to much in the activities but what I witnessed was the same. So pleasant and seemed genuine about people enjoying themselves. The staff are a massive part of this hotel and they work hard. I was generous with my tips because they deserve it. Also a mention for the cleaners. They said hello every morning. Helped my daughter several times with the key card. I said before the hotel isn't perfect and yes I did see a few things but they were minor. My balcony door lock was stiff to lock. Toilet seat abit wobbly My keycard needed resetting 2 times The 2 men in reception trying to sell trips, they asked for 2 days and seemed to forget they spoke to me the day before. So day 3 I had to tell them no. My kids aged 12-14 found it hard with the food being their first time abroad and all inclusive. The restaurant experience can be full on. There can be queues at some food stations but nothing really to put people off. The hardest thing I found was how warm it was and trying to get food when they have all the grills and ovens on. I did feel the hotel could do with a more restaurant options. The snack bar and beach bar are very limited. The snack bar after breakfast and lunch were just leftovers from the restaurant. I found that quite disappointing. I only went to the beach bar once, they had water, hot drinks, bottled pop. No alcohol. This should be more explained when booking. The negatives I mentioned didn't make this holiday bad. The postives from the lella baya massively out way the negatives. The room was good, nothing fancy but great for what we needed. Clean, great view, comfy beds. Air con. I would recommend the lella baya and the main reason would be the staff and the beautiful reception/lobby. The pool area also. People on here mentioned about the pool area being loud. This happens between 10.30 -11 till 12 and the 3 till 4. They do aqua yoga, water polo. Yes the pool area can be busy from the animation team but it's only for them hours I mentioned. The rest is quite mellowed and relaxed. I would definitely return to lella baya and thank you again for a great stay.

Accommodation - ok but tired and aircon in the room struggling. Food - terrible and luke warm Alcohol - ok but rubbish at doing cocktails. Staff - with the exception of two barmen and one lifeguard the rest were rude and not interested. Overall as total disappointment, aircon in the main bar was taken out on the 3rd day as the owner thought it was unsightly. Took 8 days to reinstall it and put it so high up it no longer cools the place; as such inside bars too hot to sit and relax
