Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. The greatest asset, however, is the staff – everyone is very kind, smiling, and always willing to help, making you feel welcome from the very beginning. The entertainment staff deserve special mention, as they organize exciting activities daily and create a great atmosphere. Evening entertainment and various activities ensure that you won't be bored during your stay. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return!

Unfortunately not a great experience for our family of 4 with older children. First afternoon relaxing by the pool bombarded with people selling excursions, tatoos, spa experience etc. However when saying no they did leave you alone afterwards. There were no alcoholic drinks that we liked / enjoyed - very weak and not tasting great. As a family who like a few drinks whilst on holiday we ended up on soft drinks for most of the holiday. Take some duty free as local shops don't sell alcohol either. Food was limited to same choices, I have a fussy eater and she lived on plain pasta (she usually melts cheese on but didn't like the cheese), fries, bread rolls or pizza. My other daughter had raw chicken off the freshly cooked grill and when showing the waiter he just shrugged - please check freshly cooked meats before eating. We ended up eating and drinking out at nearby restaurants / bars quite a bit. Unlike a lot of all inclusive places that we have been to there are gaps throughout the day when there is no food available breakfast finished at 10am then nothing until lunch 12.30, snack bar finished 5.30 and nothing until dinner at 7pm. There were cups of nuts lined up behind the counter in the main reception bar that my husband asked for at 6pm and was told not until 7pm. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious, but a little tired looking and there is limited space for unpacking resulting in us living out of our case for the first time ever. The animation team (especially Yanis) brightened our day and there was lots going on around the pool to get involved with if you choose, equally if you choose to read etc you are left in peace.

Incredible hotel, great personel, very good meals, and the best team with animators on the world with really pretty girls and with the beast leader Ramoss. Many many activities, all of us. Make really good working with tourist take our to play, really funny and smiling for our for all day. I have incredible memories with him and i will come back in next year.
